I have a purchase a blue star convertible 5 in 1 cooling 2023 1.5 ton 5 star split inverter air conditioner on 16.01.2024 from the online platform of Flipcart .(invoice copy enclosed)
Since beginning the said AC was not cooling perfectly and water was draining from the indoor and outdoor unit. Accordingly i made a complaint on your portal with ticket no. B[protected] and the technician of your service provider Shyam Aircon Services visited my home two times to correct the fault.
FIrst time, the said technician told me that there is no problem with AC and also told to shoot a video of water draining. After that after two to three days the same problem occurred i again raised ticket B[protected] and made certain videos along with took photos of said water draining and ice.
Second time the technician of your service provider Shyam Aircon Services informed me that the said problem is due to low quantity of gas in AC and accordingly they have refilled it and also assured that said problem will not occured. After getting assurance from them i have provided them code to close the request.
Now, from yesterday the said AC unit is not cooling the room even on trying on every mode and water is again leaking from outdoor unit and ice is coming from indoor unit. In this regard i have again raised a ticket B[protected].
As the outside temperature has been reached near to 50 degree, my family( even my 8 days newborn baby) is bearing the consequences of your company's faulty product. Even after paying bill amount we are feeling cheated and exploited. Was this information helpful? |
