We have purchased two 5.5 tons duct-able air conditioners from iceland refrigeration co on 23/12/2023, after installation one of the two ac started creating trouble and errors like “HP / LP “ were displayed and we complained the dealer and this happened 3-4 times and each time we raised the issue with the dealer. But on constant occurrence the dealer raised the complaint with bluestar company and simultaneously we also raised with blue star company but it has been 10 days but no technician has visited. The product is installed in our machine room and due to poor functioning we are facing production losses.
