I register Ticket B[protected] for breakdown of Home AC for PCB Not working which is under warranty, This ticket is assigned to Om Service & Sales, a service partner of Blue Star India. Service Engineer from Om Service & Sales visited my place and straight away asked for Visit Charges Rs. 750/-, when I said that Product is under warranty and at least first attend the issue.
Service Engineer said It will take 15 days to get your issue resolved. He had not even seen the product.
This kind of service is not expected from BLUE Star. Kindly look in to the issue Was this information helpful? |
