This is very sad to know that a company like britannia is so unhygenic...this will not be tolerated that there was a hair stran was found inside the biscuit...half biscuit was eaten and i just looked at it so there was a stran inside it...i pulled it out it dint come out coz it was baked inside... this is so unhygenic...i would request you to please see to this situation and tell them to applogise for it otherwise i have to go through media...
