I purchased a Buffalo 1 TB HDD last year with 5 years of warranty. In Jan 2014 it stopped working for some unknown reasons. I mailed to buffalo support after which there courier person came and took the HDD and I was informaed that it will be replaced within few days.
Its been more than 2 months, they are not replying to my mail; My HDD which they took was not replaced and new HDD was not given to me.
