Hi,
Worst experience in my life with external buffalo hard drive.
I bought an HD-PCFU3 mini-station external hard drive within 6 months got physical issue(I didn't dropped). So I request to buffalo support to warranty claim they accept that warranty product replacement but no data recovery warranty. They suggest me that go for third party data back up but condition is hard drive shouldn`t be opened or tampered while back up the data in the third party side Note: My hard drive issue is not detecting/seems like header stuck for this problem without opening hard drive never ever taken back the data.
And they wont give data recovery service if you are ready pay money also obviously it shows that not a good manufacturers.
They are not bothering about data`s. And they are selling discontinued and failure designed product in the market. If you need go and see the buffalo page in the below link.

Now for my data solution big question mark?. Either I can go for data back up or hard drive replacement without the data.
Don't buy buffalo products in india country and support also worst for asia side as per my knowledge. I don't know about other countries.
