Worst experience in my life with external buffalo hard drive.

I bought an HD-PCFU3 mini-station external hard drive within 6 months got physical issue(I didn't dropped). So I request to buffalo support to warranty claim they accept that warranty product replacement but no data recovery warranty. They suggest me that go for third party data back up but condition is hard drive shouldn`t be opened or tampered...

I purchased a Buffalo 1 TB HDD last year with 5 years of warranty. In Jan 2014 it stopped working for some unknown reasons. I mailed to buffalo support after which there courier person came and took the HDD and I was informaed that it will be replaced within few days. Its been more than 2 months, they are not replying to my mail; My HDD which they took was not replaced and new HDD was not given to me. They have the worst service centres....
