Hello sir,
I am Biplab Ranjan Ghosh. I have purchased a renowned brand buffalo leather jacket from your Kolkata Gloria Mall (Bigbazar) outlet in 2020 on 30% off. But i am really dissatisfied with the product because i have used this product only 2-3 times in last winter but in this winter when i am trying to use it again in start of winter season then this product becomes useless to me. It's leather going to scrap off. It looks like a rough & 10-15 years old product. It is useless for me. Hereby I am requesting a solution by replacing or returning as soon as possible. It's really a bad experience for me to take branded product from your outlet. Hence looking forward for a solution from your side.
