Buy At Brands — Duplicate Casio Edifice watch received

I had ordered an Casio Edifice watch on 29/03/2015 vide order no, DUQVGBHUF for Rs.3000/- (67% discounted as advertised) from Buy at brands website, for which I received a duplicate Casio Edifice watch which you can get for Rs.1000/- approx. from any local market. The quality of finishing ascertained that it is a duplicate piece. To verify the same I got it checked by 2-3 local authorized Casio dealers, they also told the same thing that the watch is duplicate. I've emailed them 4-5 times regarding refund of the same but there is not even a single response from their side. Now I've contacted them many via phone but they making lame excuses that I have removed the lamination the strap so it cannot be refunded or returned. I request you to please help me in getting my refund for duplicate watch sold by Buy at brands and advertising it as original & highly discounted watch.
