I have paid my son college tuition fee amount on 27/05/2018 rs 58766.80.My account debited with 58766.80 but the amount not credited to veltech multitech and no confirmation is received. website shows internal server error but the amount not returned back to my account.

i am Recharge Jio no on 5/12/18 time 7.07am so for not recharge . i contacted customer care told send ref no To e mail . pl sole the problem.

I have paid my quicker amount in 999 rupees in the morning...unsuccessful
payment but money credit aromatically please refund my amount

Your a/c no. XXXXXXXXX3780 is debited for Rs.30.00 on 24-09-17 and a/c of ATOM TECH LTD has been credited (IMPS Ref no ############). Kindly take necessary action or please refund me the above said amount at the earliest and do the needful.

I did a top up recharge from canmobile app and acount has being debited for rs 399.0, and my recharge wasnt succesful

My acount is debited for Rs.399.00 on 14.7.17 and a/c of atom tech ltd has been credited (imps ref no[protected]

Kindly refund me the amount as soon as possible ..

I was trying to book bus ticket on MSRTC website. While booking there was problem in network. At the end of booking amount got deducted from bank but ticket was not booked. I received following SMS

Dude, I know why you have been robbed off your money.
Take this instance, you are sharing your ICICI credit card number. All the bad guy has to do is find your location and phone number and then take advantage of your card.

So DO NOT SHARE any personal data. Unless you are absolutely certain.
Never share your card details.
I suggest you take this post of yours down.
And never respond to such fraud calls which ask you about any of your card details or such.
only give details like your name, date of birth . These are ok, but nerver account number or card number any of such kind.

Yesterday I did a payment 12k from my end it is transferred successfully. But other end they didnt recieved

On 30 july i paid the school fees of amount 16800/- the transaction transferred successfully but the other hand school didn't received amount. They tried to connect you and they said that the transaction is failed and you will return it to me.
And still i am not receiving. Its 23 August.
Please solve my problem.

The same happened to us, we booked a train ticket but did not recv the e ticket. When contacted the helpline, reply was number not in use.helpline [protected] seem to be a wrong no. given in the site

I would like to make everyone aware that how pathetic services i have been experienced from company
''Atom Technology''.

Atom technology is leading payment gateway company. As per the nature of my business i required Payment Gateway and for the same reason i contacted ''Atom Technology'' and they promised me that they will provide the gateway maximum in 15 days after successful documentation. I said Ok to them and completed all the formalities as per their company norms. Mr 'Sumit Suri' was the employee from ''Atom'' who took all my company documents as per requirements and promised to get live in 15 days. I trusted them and waited for 15 days and in the mean time i promised my Vendors that we will get live in 15 days and we had done all plannings as per the Atom's Commitment. In between i got a call from a lady and her name was ''Divya'' and she discussed that we will get it done very soon for me and also she said i can be in touch with her for any further support.I said ok. After 15 days i called Divya to get the updates then she said it will take one more week because few details are suppose to come from other banks.I said ok...i extended my further plans for one more week.When i called her a week she said i am trying sir as its taking more time and she didn't give me any reason for delay.Later again i tried to get update her behavior was very casual and she was not serious towards her commitments. Later she stop attending my calls as well..After chasing for almost one and half months i got confirmation from Mumbai office of Atom that will get live soon...i said ok and then waited..Finally
after two months i was confirmed that they are not serious.. and i said that i dont want any gateway.
Now Just because of Atom Technology i waited for 2 months and in this time i lost the trust of my vendors from my company..Then Divya called me and said i need to coordinate with Mr Sumit Suri(he is the one who did all paper works) because he has not deposited the cheque which i gave to him at beginning..Then i asked why should i call him if he is from the same company from where you are.

Unwanted expense i bearded.. Like office rent and employee salary..because of Atom Technology.

I want people to be aware from such unprofessional companies.
