Hi, i am yesterday (24.11.2023)going to chemmanur gold palace in Madurai .i am parches in 0.99 miligram of gold coin. i am already member ship saving amount in Rs.5400.

i am extra parches of 0.06 miligarm, this miligram you are store wasteage in charge Rs.314., also 1 gram gold wastage charge ????????.

Today me and my mother came to exchange some gold(4 pavan) that we purchased yesturday but, the one staff who working over the bill section was acting so badly to us by complaining us to the other staffs . It was almost 14 years that we were purchasing from here . From the starting to the end we were humililated and felt realy bad and also this was the first exchange that we had done.

When I actually went to my jeweller to make some ornaments, I was told that the coins which were suppose to be 91.6% purity 22k were actually only 21k that means it was only 87.5% pure gold. the person at the othher end used all filthy language and was saying we were wasting his time.
