Enigma Enterprises Pune Complaints & Reviews

I had given complaint about my IFB Washing Machine on 22 July 2020. Complaint number is [[protected]]. It was assigned to Enigma Enterprises in Pune. Till date nobody has attended to the complaint. Their manager Anurag Yadav is least bothered about the customer. He does not pick up the calls. Pathetic liars these people are and i dnt have enough words how can big companies like IFB cheat us by outsourcing their services to such cheat people...

Now he has told IFB that technician visited the house on 19th August but it was locked. What a pathetic liar.
