One of the fbb store manager hyderabad location his phone num [protected]. Name naveen. He has taken 20000 rupees from me. He didn't given my money back. Please take a action on him and solve the issue as soon as possible. Almost one month is over, every time when i ask money he is telling like tomorrow, tomorrow.. Same story is repeating. He is not lifting my calls also. I don't know to whom i give complaint on...

Second – bill dated 10.08.2019 time 20.17 at pimpri premier plaza no ch : 404037 – anjali tak tax inv no[protected], almost month but till difference price in bill & price shown in fbb stores - - difference not credited in my mob no [protected]. Bill amount rs 6270 as per stores exp =- relispray - mrp rs 285 but future pay price is rs 200 & 85 will be credited to my account - but as on date not credited - its looted...

I gv my perchased kurti for ultaration. He just fitted from both side n saying that "mam ye sleevs ka humse ni hoga aap bahar tailor se krva lo." i told that "bhai isme kya hai? Ise (Sleevs) bus thoda chhota hi to karna hai aap kr do plz ab iske liye mai dusare tailor ke pass kyu jau?, side fitting aapse n sleevs kisi aur tailor se? This is regarding a recent purchase which was done on 1st may, 2019. I had bought 2 pairs of shoes from mani square, fbb. It has been just 20 days or so and one of the shoes is just broken from middle. Photos of the same along with invoice attached for your reference..

This terribly low quality of product was just not expected from a renowned brand like yours. I have not came across such cheap quality...

I recently went shopping in fbb. I bought a top and a pant, after billing i approached a staff to take out the tag from the clothes. When he was checking out, there were no tags and he also checked with that security alarm, it did not ring at all. All i asked was that "do all the clothes here have tags?", he said yes. I recently bought some products from ffb market vile Parle East and after paying the for these products I asked the staff for a carry bag and they denied to give me the brand carry bag for free instead they charged me Rs.10 for each carry bag. It is illegal to sell carry bags for money and they should be sued for doing so I would really appreciate if some actios would be taken against this...

I had been to fbb, soul space arena, blr. I shopped many things where seamless body shaper (Sbs) and belt were two among them. They haven't opened the magnet associated with the belt and the sbs. No proper response to customer, i'm not free to go again just to remove the magnet in the items. Poor staff behavior, i'll recommend everyone not to go there.

My complaint is against fbb at seawood navi mumbai.
When ever we buy any redimade garments from fbb in offer, every time when we go to counter for payment, they say that this item is not in offer, even we take it from offer tag.
They says by mistake it was put or any other kind of foolish excuse they
Gives and we have to loose our time and efforts for the same.

It's very shame full, how mis management...

Fbb employee at the payment counter packed all the purchased items without removing their hangers and as well as the security tag. Lax attitude. It wasted our time at the exit where in neither the security nor the fbb in charge present there was bothered to take up the matter seriously and just let us go with the security tags. And it has become difficult for us to detach the same, at the same time i believe there is no control over the items...

We have booked and paid for the following item from big bazaar through ffb portal by through the attendant... I was shopping at fbb, pink square mall, jaipur. I had a total bill of rs.2077 and i asked the cashier to deduct 778 from my paytm wallet and rest i was supposed to pay in cash. The money got deducted from my paytm wallet and they say they haven't received the payment. I did the complete payment in cash and they said you will receive the cashback in 24 hours. This is your valued customer offence I purchase the goods of your's...Recently I purchased the clothes near by store (Somajiguda, hyd).I payed the amount through the paytm which is offered by company i.e cashback offer worth of Rs.500 ... .I asked in the counter they had said that the offer will be credited in the our wallet within the 24 hours but I had yet recevied ...Please this solve this issue or kindly give the information...

On 20/11 i have been charged 1805 Rs 2 times .My money got deducted 2 times .And even after compalining i have not received a satisfactory answer for it .I have also shown them the reflection of 1805rs amount in my Indian Bank of same amount and same time but they say that it is not showing any details in their system .I have given them all the required details but i got calls related to extension of one day or they will let me know etc etc...
