I ordered medicines in Flipkart Health Plus on 29.08.23 bearing order No [protected] for amount of Rs.2303 and the parcel was delivered to us on 01.09.23 evening. I opened the Parcel in evening at 8.15PM and found no medicines were placed in the Parcel and empty pads were inserted in the parcel and not even 1 tablet was available in the parcel.
Immediately I called customer care at 8.30PM and they took the complaint...

They are never punctual about a delivery, customer support is worst in this case. They are super unprofessional in complaints handling, some say one thing and others say different. They deliver medicines like an ordinary item, your order today And they will deliver after freaking 3-4 days. Do a person orders medicine in need or for fun? Receiving them after 4 days.
