Flipkart Health Plus — Refund of my money

I had ordered the product on 2nd june and due to doctor change the medicine, i have returned 4 strips and now I got call from flipkart team member, that they have not recieved the 4th item, i have provided 4 strips and your person have already picked it up, with verifying how will he take the items, without seening the items will you person will pickup. you people took all the strips, he also checked infront of me and now you people are telling you have recivied 3 items, if you loss it somewhere who is responsible. if this kind of service you are providing, if you want to eat money eat big people money, why your are eating poor people money, same on you. how will you tell lies, is this the resolution you people are providing to me... by eating my hard earned money. how will you mentione returned 4 products without checking will you mention this i want the proper resolution...
from past 15 days im calling flipkart CUSTOMER CARE and now they are telling this ### to me, this many days they were sleeping and now you get this answer..
one of the worst service from flipkart. please dont buy, dont loss your money from online portal, they will provide some discount and they will make profit out of this kind of scam. be aware and safe from this kind of scam...
