Kerala Ration Card Complaints & Reviews

We are citizens of india which wa we are in abroad which was in muscat and we arrived in kerala at march 19 th. And we are home quarantined for 28 days. Yesterday was our ration card date. And we are not possible to go out side.
So we call our government hospital and they told that please call your panchayat presidnt and we contacted and they told you dont have neighbours to collect and give the rice and we told that we are hoome quarantined...

We received new ration card 10months back and noticed that some other persons photos affixed on my ration card. So we went to supply office chengannur to compliant about this but they didn't give any proper answer.. Just saying what to do... Till now they are saying same, is it a big issue to change photo??? Could you please advise next step

I have submitted My documents for the Ration Card at the nearest office in Adoor, My age is 60 years, why these people are sitting in the office not doing their work properly?, My Ration Card is not yet received to me, is this is the way they are serving the public?, from the past few days I am waiting for the Ration Card, I have to take the LPG connection, what I have to do can anyone tell me?, what a miserable state in the Adoor office?....
