Kerala Ration Card — the rice which was given by the ration shop was full of stones and black insects.

We are citizens of india which wa we are in abroad which was in muscat and we arrived in kerala at march 19 th. And we are home quarantined for 28 days. Yesterday was our ration card date. And we are not possible to go out side.
So we call our government hospital and they told that please call your panchayat presidnt and we contacted and they told you dont have neighbours to collect and give the rice and we told that we are hoome quarantined and we are keeping social distance and you health want to help us and he told that we are fear to come here. And he was talk in a rude way to us. And at last he give to some people and we got the rice with all astones and insects. And or neighbors got very good rice and the panchayat president done as a rude way pls take some decision thank you,.
