My name is Bekkyjohn.i give application for reduction certificate from chavakkad supply office on april month of 2010 and i got that same year on august( i appriciate chavakkad supply office activity). my complaint is about trissur supply office .i give my reduction certificate and application form for including my name in husband's family ration card on november 2010,and i wait for 8 months to receive my ration card.when i saw news on the ration card number nov 1 to 1000 is giving on july 7th i went there.i was on the quee with my 1 year old child.when my turn was came i give the reciept regarding my number nov715,they checked and told me that, we can't find it here, u give us a new application.i gave a new application on that day they gave me date of august 16th of 2011.when my aunt went there on 16th they told her to come on next tuesday,then she went on 23 of august( tuesday) they told her come on 2nd of september we can't find ur application form.my aunt is fedup.because am not here she is going on my place.how can receive my name on the card.pls do any thing on this complaint.
