Hi, I've purchased a pair of shoes on 19 Oct 2016 at a show room in Chromepet, Chennai. Sole started detached from one shoe. a snap of damage and bill is attached herewith. shoe is deposited to the shop for rectification. they said that it will be stitched which is not acceptable to me as stitch may be visible. in this case, I need not buy such costly shoe. pls advise....

I brought an Lee Cooper Shoe last week from Reliance Foot Print in Chennai, Invoice no 000372, on 17th June 2011, Model : LC - 899 45/11 Black Color.
