I purchased the diamond pack for rs 79 in mobile legends on date 22 march 2020 but i didn't receive any diamond and the money have already been paid. The transaction was done but diamond not received since there was connection error. I hope either the diamond is transferred or the money is transferred back.

Dated 2nd april 2019, i purchased a diamond pack in mobile legends: bang bang worth 800 inr and 10 inr and the transaction was successful, the money got debited from bank account but did not recieved the diamonds.

Recharged diamonds for rs.1599, while the amount is debited the diamonds are not credited on my account.

As can be seen from the screenshot of my transactions, the first transactions wasn't credited with diamonds so i tried with recharged of rs.79, this time though the diamonds are credited right...

Yesterday night on 20th around 11 pm saturday, i purchased 1599/- diamonds in mobile legend but i didnt got the diamonds for which i made the payment and when i checked my account, my money got debited but didnt receive the diamonds. So please kindly look into my matter and resolve or refund it or will have to launch an complain in cyber crime thank you....
