This is sujitha i have purchase the moto g phone .phone was hanggig up with the purchase of 2 months .i raised a complain

customer care person cont nois [protected] he call us intimated that he will refune the amount through ATM. but not refune the amount and he took the excess amount frm my bank of icic RS:20000/-
refune the amont as soon as posible .
when we are calling tov the cusomer care of motorlo his phone...

Kindly note that 2 months of purchase of MOTO g phone by now present it is hangig .

suddendly[protected], speake on the phone it is hanged and sw off, we are trying to sw on the phone but it is not open .
