I travelled from Chandigarh to Pathankot on 10th Nov, 2023 (bus timing departure from Chd at 1:00 PM) I frequently travel from Chandigarh to Pathankot. Today, the bus conductor was extremely cold, rude and uncooperative. This complaint is regarding the matter relating to private bus operator company( Orbit Aviation Private Ltd). I booked a ticket in Volvo bus and they charged money from me and many other passengers but later on when bus started moving and moved out of bathinda they told us that there is no seat as seats are already booked online.

Have booked an orbit bus from Pathankot to Chandigarh timing 05:55 am in the morning. Travel date 07/11/21, paid rs. 650 for my seat no. 39.
