I travelled from Chandigarh to Pathankot on 10th Nov, 2023 (bus timing departure from Chd at 1:00 PM) I frequently travel from Chandigarh to Pathankot. Today, the bus conductor was extremely cold, rude and uncooperative. I had encountered the same conductor on 25th oct, 2023 while travelling from Pathankot to Chandigarh (departure from Ptk at 4:50 am). His behaviour was rude even that day too. Your employees really need to work on their dealing with customers. On days when there is a lot of crowd and the bus is already full, they still charge fee from people and these people stand in the bus (they are charged same as the one’s who are sitting). Bus carries people almost twice it’s original capacity.
