This complaint is regarding the matter relating to private bus operator company( Orbit Aviation Private Ltd). I booked a ticket in Volvo bus and they charged money from me and many other passengers but later on when bus started moving and moved out of bathinda they told us that there is no seat as seats are already booked online.
• We thus had to sit in front by paying huge amount for a ac Volvo which is 2 times higher than normal bus.
• Most of the passengers had to stand and travel for the route which is around 228 km.
• Meanwhile an accident happened due to which the passengers sitting in front suffered injuries
• The basic purpose behind booking a seat in Volvo is comfort which we had to compromise.
