This complaint is regarding a private bus( Orbit Aviation, a very famous bus operator on this route)operating from Bathinda to Chandigarh. They even allow passengers for places in between. They asked to sit in bus and charged money for ticket but later on told that the seats are already booked online and you will not get any seat.
• They dishonesty induced passengers to deliver money to them but later on did not provide with the service.
• The basic purpose of a Volvo bus is comfort which was compromised even after paying higher amount than we pay in normal buses.
• During the travel even an accident happened due to which passengers got hurt including me.
