Will Callous Conductors who do bother to move around the crowded buses & so not issue tickets or furthermore Rude Ticket Collectors who so promptly & wrongly penalise commuters (who have not even deboarded the bus) are further protected.
Will the PMPML staff atleast give an ear in response to below PMPML formal complaints & act againt such erring PMPML indivisuals, or will even the PMPML management staff join in the APATHY...
