Pb11 bu 3641
The driver of the bus was driving so rashly that the other 2wheeler riders life was at stake whosoever was near his bus. I was driving my bike at a speed of 50 on nh7 near bahadurgarh, patiala.
The driver suddenly took a sharp cut to enter service lane. Without checking his left side he cut the steering so hard that he did not realize that he was about to ram into my bike near his front entry gate.
Later an argument rose when i tried to # him on his negligence. He took out around 3foot long batton to hit me. The conductor also took his side and started an argument against me. He started to warn me of the severe consequences.
Is it the unions that are growing stronger day by day or it is the government that is sleeping like anything.?

Sir,
First the bus from chandigarh to bathinda used to go at 4:30 pm after the bus of 4:05 pm.

But the bus of 4:05 pm is removed and the bus of 4:30 has been replaced at 4:10pm
.
Now the problem is that, the bus of 4:10 pm is after 3:25 pm.
One has to wait for 45 minutes on bus stand.

First the bus used to reach bathinda in 4 and half hours, but now it reaches in 5 hours.

The speed of bus is also reduced.
First, it used to go patiala bypass, but now it goes inside patiala, which causes tiredness for bathinda and malout passengers.

Now, removing the bus of 4:05 has caused a lot of problems to passengers of patiala

So it is requested to put back the old timings.

Hi sir km scheme buses of patiala depot every month change of the route to all buses km but one bus no. Is pb 11 bu 2911 why not. Change the route to this bus
This bus is on jind cheeka ludhiana night next jind then finish by 4-00 pm
Sir plz check to the route of this bus

Honbl'e cheif minister thiru. Narayasamy.. Please provide frequently buses pondicherry to chennai. Most of the prtc buses are expired.. So puducherry peoples wants a good and new conditions buses and most of the air conditioned puducherry to chennai a/c buses are very low. Peoples are comfortable to travel. Puducherry government take steps to give good public services for transport facilities.

Cm narayanaswamy serve good public services facilities. Thank you sir.

I boarded the bus from pondicherry to chennai which was scheduled at 7.30am on 22th july 2019, seat number 34. It was raining badly and the water started dripping inside. Unfortunately the bus was full and i could not even change my seat. I forgot that i had my laptop in my bag and now it is damaged. I was forced to be seated in the same place for 3 hours. I expect a refund of my ticket or the prtc boad to take action against the same and consider this complaint to be serious.

P. S. It would be great if the prtc board is more accessible via twitter or any other social media.

No one is ready to take me inside since my stop is 40km away. And all everyone is saying is talk to gm or md and the gm and md will be available only at 10am morning to 12pm he works for 2hours only and i was standing in the bus stop at 6 am morning. I asked people around and they told the md won't even respond to you for these problems. Does government has the rule to only take in chennai seats just for the sake of money and not for people convenience. Then what's the government for.

We were on a prtc bus from pondicherry to chennai on 18th march at 3.30pm.
After about 2 hrs of travel, the water started to drip from the ac vent. This is the vent in the top of seat number 9 and 10. We complained to the conductor in the bus and he did not respond to it properly and asked us to stand up from the seat and stand for sometime. The bus number is 155c.

Repeated complaints to the conductor ended in vain. Having collected so much money from passengers it is such a shame that even short distance buses could not be maintained properly. Try to understand how it is to sit in a seat and water keeps dripping on your head and dress through your travel.
Hope prtc looks into this complaint and takes action.

Today at jalandhar bus stand i asked bus conductors bus no. Pb 11 cf 9232 at 11:45am. The bus was going heading to delhi and asked him to is it going through phagwara and he said stay away (He might thought i am a student) just a quick question for whoever reading this complaint and to that ugly looking bus conductor that do you bloody flyover your bus over phagwara if not then whats there problem. I bloody pay to travel and just remind to that conductor he is public servent. Either he don’t own that bus or his father

I am a government employee working in karaikal. I have booked a ticket for the date 10/01/2019 from puducherry to karaikal @ 05:20 am... This bus reaches karaikal at 08:30 which is convenient for me to go to office. But unfortunately the bus didnt come to puducherry bus stand til 05:20 am. Later the bus which departs at 06;00am arrived & it was informed by the conductor that the bus departing at 05:20 was cancelled & he informed all us to get into the 06:00 am bus who had booked for 05:20 am. Due to this i was unable to reach karaikal on my planned time. With due respect i understand there might be some reasons for the cancellation of bus. Being having a depot here it would have been better if any other spare bus was made. It really creates a negative thought on prtc being cancelling a trip without giving prior information to the people who have booked tickets. I place a humble request that this type of actions is kindly not repeated in future. Waiting for your valuable response. Thank you

Today on 19/11/2018 the bus which starts journey from pathankot in between 6: 20 to 6: 30 am didn't stopped bus to pick passengers at mukerian and also i want to know after 40mins of short journey is there any need to stop bus for breakfast or tea at dhaba after crossing the harsh mansar toll tax. I travels weekly at pathankot jalandhar route from last 9 years and in these 9 years i came up with many queries such as that punjab police employees and monthly card holder don't have right to get seats while travelling and conductors and drivers tease and misbehave with them. Last monday i. E 12/11/2018 when i was travelling to jalandhar at prtc bus which starts journey from dalhousie and reaches pathankot nearby 7:30 am the driver of that bus misbehaved and used bad words for college girls have monthly pass as with bad language his words was that you r paying to punbus as monthly pass and travels with us. Acc to rti act i want to know the stopage of buses at this route and about the rights of having seats to policemen and monthly pass holder. I am waiting for your reply for same. Kindly do needful and teach lessons to drivers and conductors of both busses.

I am ajay kumar, i had booked a bus ticket from delhi kashmere gate to patiala on 17 oct 18 for 18 oct 18. The bus timing was 22:30. Rs 447 were deducted from my account twice but my ticket was not confirmed. On enquiring from pepsu customer service, they asked me to confirm from my bank which i did and came to know that the money had already been transferred to pepsu’s bank account. Now no one is addressing my issue. Typical government department...

Straightly stand in front of gate and stopped me to enter. The incident took place at 5:30 pm on 01/10/18 at ambala bus stand. He refused by saying bus will stop at pipli for there tea time. I said i will manage first give me entrance. He replied if you will take the ticket upto delhi only then entered into bus. And whistle driver to run the bus. I said i will. Complain you he said do whatever you can. It was totally a humilation for me. My contact no. Is [protected]. Kindly give him a lesson so he cant do this type of misbehave with someone else in future.

I booked a ticket from chennai to pondicherry online. Paid the full amount online for 13 people. It was a 10.30am bus and we reached there at about 10.31 or 10.32 maybe. At first we were scolded in the local language then in english. Some words we had to listen to publicly were "bloody people", "stupid people" and what not. Then when we got to the bus we were not allowed to sit. The conductor of the bus sold our seat to someone else and took the money infront of our eyes. When we asked we were made to keep quite saying it was a punishment because we are late. We were not refunded nor the bus was stopped.
One good man agreed to share his ticjet with us. I am sharing that. See how two tickets are sold for the same seat. He was just given a simple bank slip whereas we had the whole ticket.
Plus we were forced to share our seat number and pnr codes so that he can cut our name showing that we got our seats when actually we stood the whole way

Did not pull up to the curb, lowered the step and i thought it was enough, but you can't really see if it is enough. I stepted off, but it was not lowered enough.
When i went to walk there was intense pain in my left foot so i elevated it and put the heating pad on it and it just started to swell up. I will continue to elevate it today at work at the passport office with some ice. I am 5'1" and have very short legs.

If i continue to have a problem because of this i will be in touch with you.

A prtc bus driver was driving very rash on ferozepur road, ludhiana on 22 july, 2018 at ist 8:55 p. M. He came very close to my car from the back and if i had slowed down or stopped my car right then, it would have led to a very nasty accident. I was driving at 40-45 kmph and he came as close as 4-5 feet at this speed. Just imagine how scared one gets when a bus driver does something like this. The bus number is pb 11 cf 9510. The bus driver’s license should be withdrawn as he is a dangerous driver for the peers on the road. He must not be allowed to drive.

Date - 6 may'18, 12.40pm bus from patiala to delhi. The driver played a movie at very high volume. One who isn't interested to watch had to forcefully suffer. One fellow passenger complained regarding volume. Bus conductor literally ignored and didn't lower down the volume. After sometime, i went and requested to lower down the volume. They again ignored and went on saying, "inni ghat awaz ch kuch v ni sunda" and made the whole journey terrible and painful. I want to raise a concern that not one who is travelling in bus is tuned to digest high volume music/ movies. One has paid so much amount just to travel peacefully in ac bus service, not to suffer this sick minset of bus conductor and driver. And also if they kept on playing high music and volume how will they concentrate on driving on such busy and risky national highway. This poses a big danger to passenger's life too.
Please implement some strict rules.
I am hopeful that my complaint will be processed and prtc deptt will maintain the trust in passengers.

Today i took prtc bus from isbt 43 to kharar.
The conductor of the bus asked for 25 rupees as fare....
After giving him the money he didn't even provide the ticket in return....
Afterthat when i inquired about the fare and asked about the ticket he misbehaved with me and still don't provide the ticket....

Check this matter asa soon as possibe....

I give the amount but he not get and finally nearby the anumanthai reached time, conductor told anumanthai toll plaza only bus stoped. So i give the amount and come down anumanthai toll plaza. I booked a “ac” bus from delhi to ludhiana so that i can go easily as its a time of winter. However the bus driver and conductor kept on saying that the blower won’t work as there are less pessangers.
I need to know how blower is related to the number of passengers in the bus.

They said that if there will be more load on the bus than the blower will work.

And in this 7-8 hours of journey we all were shivering because of this nonsense.

Please let me know if this is a valid reason which driver and conductor gave.

If not please mark it as a compliment and take strict actions against it.

I am travelling from chandigarh to lovely professional university, jalandhar from prtc bus. The condition of the bus is not good and it's unhygienic to travel in such a bus. It creates slot of sound which is really hard to tolerate and causing headache. Not only this, it also stop at restaurant (Dhaba) which is also not clean. Unnecessary storage causing delay to reach my destination fast.

I booked my ticket for prtc hvac from amritsar to patiala for date 8/9/2017 departure timing 2.05 pm with pnr no p259562. The ticket was confirmed but the bus was cancelled because it had met with an accident a few days back. Though, i was assured that i will recieve refund within few days, i havent yet.
Its the fault of the bus operators that if the bus was unavailable for past few days they should have prohibited ticket booking.
Secondly its negligence on the part of prtc that they dont care about the hard earned money of people.
I wish the matter gets solved at the earliest.

Today i am journey haraina to hoshiarpur this fare is 15 rs but yours busses charge this 20 rs. This extra charge in this route. Conductor says this is machine problem so plz sir this machine is update to fare in this route. I am daily basis up down in this route but yours busses fare is extra charge.

I booked my ticket from puducherry to chennai using busindia.com. My bus departure time is 7.30am and i came to the boarding point at 7.28 but there is no bus. So i went to the help desk but there too i dont find anyone. And later happens to knew that the bus left at 7.25 leaving my collegue and me.

I felt these things to be inappropriate
- the bus left before the departure time.
- no person in the help desk
-while booking i provided all my contact information but they didnt leave any msg or cal about my absence.
- not following the exact departure time (Mostly used to leave 15 mins after the departure time)

People pay for their tickets, so we are happened to expect the appropriate service. Please kindly see to this problem and value their money and time.

I am a working professional travelling daily from khanna to ludhiana having a daily prtc pass. I travel daily from in prtc bus at 7:40 in the evening. No bus conductor of any bus asked me where and why i sit on any seat but conductor of this specific bus behaves with me very rudely whenever i get in this bus in the evening. Today again, he angrily came to me asked why i entered the bus without ticket. Then i said i have a pass, then he said i am supposed to enter the bus at last. Why? Why should i travel without a seat when i already paid the expenses for the birth? I have the right to sit on any seat i want. Please take suitable actions to tell this conductor how to behave with passengers. I am not travelling free. It is my right. A vacant seat is occupied on a first come first serve basis. The conductor, named vicky, is a youngster around 27-28. I hope until next time in this bus, i will not face the same issue again in this same bus with the same conductor.

Prtc # piece of service. 4.30 am bus ro delhi departed on 4.15 am. Volvo 5.00 chairman and md quota. Where people will go those are standing in que, since 4.15am. Nabha delhi bus came at 5.15am. Driver and conductor of subject bus misdehaves with passengers for tickets. They were issuing tickets to passengers of nabha. Why? When people are sitting in bus from nabha to delhi, why they don't have issued the tickets to them, from nabha.

I commute from patiala to doraha everyday to work in patiala to jammu/katra bus that leaves patiala bus stand at 7:46 a. M.

The bus which comes on monday, wednesday and friday has big speakers fitted inside it and loud, jarring music is played on it every time causing a lot of inconvenience to the passengers.

Neither the conductor nor the driver has paid heed on being requested to turn down the music. It feels more like a wedding party is going on rather than a mode of public transport. Which is really shameful.

Hence i request the authority concerned to take due action in this regard and relieve the people of the trouble.
