I was travelling from patiala to ghrachon by Prtc bus no. PB 03 AX 1514. one person namely brar disturbing to passengers by loudly voice, play songs in bus and loudly taking with someone lady by his phone. he was using bad language. he was saying that he belongs to CM house. when we verified that he is the driver of PRTC chandigarh 43. please take necessary action against him.

We are students and were traveling from jalandhar to pathankot in bus no. 9181, PCB357.
While just enquiring about a certain stop the bus conducted started being arrogant and asked to take another bus from next station. I was just asking him the reason for not dropping me near airforce station as all other buses have always been dropping passengers at the above said place.

Today, I dropped off my mother for a PRTC bus of no. PB04 2922. She has to travel to Tarn Taran from Amritsar for her job. She usually travels by private bus because of the rude behaviors of govt bus drivers and conductors. However, she was a little late today and had to take a PRTC bus from the Sultanwind gate stop. The driver did not stop for her to get into the bus safely. He slowed down and my mother was about to fall from the second step of the stairs. It would have been a very bad accident for her and could have caused a lot of injuries. This is serious and needs to be rectified. Every single person should be taken on the bus with utmost safety.
I have also witnessed a similar incident when a woman of old age fell from the bus and the bus driver didn't stop even then, she was dragged with the bus causing serious injuries. The bus passed by as if nothing happened.

Respected sir/ma'am my subject of complain is against bus drivers and conductors. They are refusing to drop us on some bus stops like morinda bus stand. We have to wait 1-2 hours even sometimes more to get a bus which drops us on our bus stands. Sir they are saying no to drop us on designated bus stop. If they do drop then not on bus stands. We have to walk or take auto from there to goto bus stop. We also have heavy bags with us. I'm am sharing a vedio with you sir where a conductor is saying no to drop us on morinda bus stand. Every bus from every depot whether it's Ludhiana or fareedkot or any other they say no to take us to morinda bus stand. Today also I'm taking kharar's bus. And then will take morinda's bus from there. We are students sir. We already have to travel from one state to another. It already is too time consuming and then we have to go through this too. I'm sharing a vedio with you where a conductor is saying no to go to morinda bus stand. Please hlp sir I beg you🙏🏻🙏🏻

At that time I was on call, they took another passenger in the bus and started the bus on my time.I could have fallen, after that the driver and conductor spoke abusing language.He said that we do not take girls like you in the bus, use the phone, he misbehaved with me in the bus.
This rule is not in any bus and it is not his father's, he did not stop the bus just because I was on call.

Please take any action as soon as possible. This is my request please.

The person does not know how to speak and behave . The name of the person is Rinka with mobile no [protected]. He mis behave with me in front of whole public.
I request to please take action against him otherwise i will take legal action against him. He is working in sunam bus stand of district Sangrur.

One of the customer accidentally sit in the bus upto bypass but the conductor behaved with that person very rudely and do notstop the bus at the bypass even charge his full ticket to the next station and did not stop the bus till the next station. And the driver drove the bus in a very rash manner . He didn't give the proper time to passengers to leave from the bus even a small child also falled from the stairs while entering the bus because the driver just pulled the
Acceleratior of the bus... very poor service by the employees of punjab roadways

This incident occurred on 17th july 2022 at ambala 6.20 pm where prtc bus num. "PB 04 AE 0987" "Ganganagar to mukatsar" via rajpura - khanna with almost 10 to 15 seats vacant but conductor not allowed passengers of khanna into the bus and misbehaved with the passengers.

I want the authorities to take action against the bus staff.

The bus is not on time today . The bus is scheduled to departure at 9 am . But there was no bus at the counter no 13. The next bus is to be departure at 9:45 am and it’s already 9:37am right now the bus is still not at the counter . And it happens several times . Please do the needful

I have a complaint regarding bus services provided from patiala- mohali route, especially at peak hours ie day time Or evening time. I took a bus from banur bus stand at 8am and waited for aprox 1 to 1.30hrs for bus. Even sometimes bus didn't stopped at banur bus stand. If somehow we took bus there was no seat for sitting, even no site for standing also. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful.

The conductor of bus no. PB10 FV6522 did not accept E Aadhaar card from me and moreover was being loud and rude which made me feel embarrassed.

I Minakshi sood from rajpura currently i m working in zirakpur tricity group of institutions and the timing is 9-6 it took half a hour to reach the bus standof zirakpur there is no bus available at 6:30pm at zirakpur so i request u tp please provide a bus for us so we can reach home safely at perfect time

This complaint is regarding the pathetic behaviour of PRTC's bus conductor, he used abusive words to us and was not at all ready to accept his mistake of giving an extra ticket to us (3 girls). He was very loud and screaming on us which made us embarrassed. When asking about his name, he addressed him as "Baljeet naam hai, boll dena jisko boll hai, darrta nhi mai."
I request the government to take action against him.

My name is Karuna Nidhi and i am pursuing my studies in Journalism and Mass Communication in Punjabi University, Patiala. As per the demand of my field, I have to travel almost everyday. But sometimes I face many problems and challenges when PRTC drivers don't behave well.
It happened today as well, when I tried to get on the bus, the driver started the bus and didn't let me in and left and the i have to rush to next stop to get in that bus. This happened many times with me, I don't understand what is there problem. The PRTC bus number was PB08DS2273, Khanna to Patiala, Time around 7:45 AM, Driver name - Binder, Conductor Name - Raj

I hope this complaint makes any change.

It is informed that the drivers and conductors of PRTC buses miss guided the Punjabi University, Patiala students.
Punjab government made the bus pass but these bus pass has no value because every conductor of Chandigarh route bus of prtc didn't allow the students to travell through this prtc bus.
Even they say that the bus is not going through Punjabi University, they always tell lie and misbehave with the students.
It is requested to the Punjab government and PRTC, kindly take some action against them, so that students can attend the classes on time .

I wanted to highlight that his behaviour is very rude with all passenger and they refused to enter any other stopage passenger first they said only Patiala allowed there was to much passenger in bus stand who was waiting in the front of first door but he was not allowed to enter from that. Request you to kindly take immediate action for his rude behavior with passenger...

As per Punjab government rule, journey for ladies in PRTC buses is free of cost but the conductor has intentionally taken a ticket amount of Rupees 410 for two ladies passengers travelling from Jalandhar to Chandigarh. We have requested hin to refund the amount but he denied our request.Also, wanted to highlight that his behaviour is very rude towards us. His bus no.is PB08E C4526.
Request you to kindly take immediate action for refundable our ticket amount which is not applicable per the rule. . Looking forward to hearing from you t the earliest.

I am a student, According to no. 7264-72 the roadways bus is eligible also for the prtc buses but ticket conductor not accept the pass and the bus run away without pickup the students.All prtc ticket conductor doing same thing. Please take action to solve this problem.Thankyou

I regret to inform you that I am from panipat and I travel in your bus no 4957 on 04/03/2022 at 10:45 am from panipat to delhi. This bus is going on jaipur. But I want to go to murthal sonipat only but the conductor refuses me to give the ticket of murthal and told me that there is no stand at murthal whereas they board some passenger at murthal flyover and said that we will not go at murthal stand and passed over the flyover . And they behaviour towards the passengers are not good .pls provide me the information that either there is any stand at murthal or not .and I have to take the ticket of delhi instead of murthal .If there is stand of this bus at murthal pls take an appropriate action against them

Punjab roadways buses that run from Jalandhar to Amritsar and batala don't pick the passengers waiting for hours at maqsudan byepsas. Resulting this people have to go to bus stand to get bus. In case of emergency also they don't pick the passengers. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I want to complaint that prtc conductor misbehave with the passenger of bodhani which comes in the route of pheowa to paitala. While coming from pheowa they don't allow the bodhani passenger to get in the bus and they say only paitala passengers are allowed . I think it's a public transport from punjab and everyone pay for their travel whether it is long or short distance. I request the head office of prtc to do something .Because no one is allowed to misbehave with anyone specially with ladies.

About -Bus from bathinda to Mandi dabwali at 4:42pm ( after Rajasthan roadways)
The bus conductor and driver is not stopping bus at police lines near civil hospital ( it is a stoppage)bathinda at evening on this time as it is causing so much inconvenience to female employees working in different departments as it is exist time of all offices.kindly resolve this issue as previous bus is also non stoppage bus between Bathinda to dabwali and it is also not stopping which makes it a big gap of time.

I am the frequent traveller to Kathankadai junction ECR thru PRTC bus or TNSETC bus. Today, 19 Jan 2022, I have board bus PY 01 BV 5187 at Thiruvanmiyur Bus stop opp to Vegetable Market Thiruvanmiyur at 9.00am. Before I board, i use to check with conductor whether they stop at the sai stop. The conductor said me to board the bus against my request to drop and after some time s the driver told me to get down from the bus. When I get down, the conductor asked me get in the bus and again the driver said not to. It seems there is no proper understanding between the actual what to be done. The conductor told again if interested go in else get down. When they dont have proper clarity whether to stop the vehicle or not, how can we board the bus. This is not something new for me that I am travelling PRTC. Even yesterday 18 Jan 22, i have taken PRTC bus from the above mentioned stop and hot down at the desired bus stop But today, they wer showing their ego towards me amount the passengers. This is not fair action towards the passenger. When, everybody depends on Govt. Vehicle, they feel like their own vehicle and dictate the passengers. They are literally testing the patient and 0laying with their emotion.

With the above requesting the relevant authority to take necessary action against both conductor and driver for their wrong attitudefor the cost of passengers emotion in the morning..

This is badly required considering the same not to happend for other passengers.

On 9Jan, 2021, I was driving my car on patiala road. While going from patran to Patiala PRTC bus plate no. PB13 AL 8574 almost crashed 4 cars when overtaking heavy vehicles. Location was close to Pasiana. Time was 1:40pm.
Driver was totally ignoring all vehicles coming from other side. This kind of driving should be banned and charged as crime.

Bus route on time 19:50 ludhiana to Bathinda not in service since last changes in timing.

Please help to make running given timing of 7:50.

On date 28/11/21, Bus no. 6940 from ludhiana to patiala crosses the city on 7:00 pm, but its timming to reach ludhiana is 7:25 pm.
It will create me diificulty.
