Sir, just today I have purchased a pair of earrings from the guwahati outlet. I had to exchange my old gold and also redeem a coupon. I had provided my number for gold exchange but as it was not a registered number, the incharge asked me for any other registered number. I said so, and they exchanged the old gold in the registered number without asking anything further whether I could redeem my coupon or not if I do so. After 5 min when I go to make the final payment, they first told that 2 vouchers couldn't be clubbed together, which was not the case as I had already confirmed with a person who had called me earlier from the number [protected] asking whether I had recieved the coupon or not and the details of how to redeem it. Then even though not even 10 min had passed, they said that it can't be done as it was a different phn number and casually said it was a communication gap. They also very casually reacted when they heard that the coupon was worth 1000. The amount is not important but the attitude was very disappointing as no one was willing to help. So sir kindly look into the matter as I was very disappointed with my shopping experience and wouldn't recommend anyone or even myself to visit your store again

I ordered a jewellery item from their website .
It has been a month almost and they have excuses and excuses only. My product isn’t ready yet. It was not even a customised order.
If Kalyan and PCJ can deliver is ahead of time that too with customisations before time, how Senco cannot under same circumstances?

Their customer service is a joke . Sometimes they pick up the call sometimes they don’t . Promise callback but I never receive it .

Every day female staff of the Showroom leaves at 9.30pm, which is very risky as safety and security of the women compromised. Every now and then incidents of eve teasing occur due to late office timings of the showroom. Neither company provided cab facility to the female Staff.
It is hereby requested that look into this matter, and make sure that every female staff should leave by 7;30 pm.
Kindly take strict action against managers if they do no comply to the rules and compromised with the safety of the woman.

I went to buy a ear ring, there is n offer from paytm in which cashback is provided on two times purchase... They are so much in hurry without any customer that the personwho was on counter didn't let me take it.. I constantly kept telling him but then also he didn't listen.
We have to scan on paytm.. I told him but he told no it's not required, you pay directly your cashback will come, but it didn't

I have visited in ur behala store to purchase diamond bracelet but one person from ur diamond section is deny to take order because it was tight in my daughter hand, so we want big bracelet and try to order that but they deny to take booking.
