Sride falsely charged 200 with the name of subscription for searching a ride and also for false ride it charged 116 and not assigned any ride...This is third time when sride deducted money from account

Issue summary :

Sride is not responding to mails. I think Sride is operating in very suspicious mode. Sride has initially set minimum wallet transfer amount to 100. Then they suddenly increased it to 1000. Why are they doing this? This is a fraud. I read on forums that Sride is not paying people their hard earned money

Sride also auto debited monthly subscription 90 without my consent. This is really surprising to me.

Sride please refund me my money ₹530 immediately.

I have been trying to redeem the wallet amount since long time but there is absolute silence from SRide team. On 4th May 2023, I raised the request for cashback of Rs 3000/- for the third time, but till 14th may 2023, but no amount has been credited back. Since Feb 2022 I have raised such request multiple times, but the amount is never credited back.

Yesterday 08/05/2023 I purchased Voucher of rupees 90 but has not been shown anywhere in my sride account. Still I am not able to book ride, it again asking to payment. I have tried to inform their customer care via mail but nobody responded till now

I am car owner. I withdrew ₹159 on 18th apr 2023. This was supposed to be processed within 25th Apr 2023 to my Paytm account: I have not received this amount till today. They do not have any customer care contact number. They only have one email id from where I did not get any reply after several follow ups regarding this.

Iam a car owner and in my sride wallet there is a balance of 950 but unable to reedeme the same. Registered a complaint with sRide but nothing has been done by sRide since 27th September 2022

My Sride account debit with 3000 and in Payment it show cashback faild i have attached screenshot for your reference let me know when this amount will cradit to my payment wallet.

I am a car owner and using this app for more than 4yrs….i have around Rs 2000/- in my sRide wallet. I am trying to transfer the amount to my bank/paytm using the feature given in the app but since last year made many attempts but no money is been deposited...
Notified the support people and they said it would take around 1 week…but its more than 2 years now and even i have verified my organisation in the app but still no money has been deposited into my account.

I have raised request (Yogesh Bhanushali) for redemption of credits but have not received amount yet in my account.

Unable retrieve credits to bank account for past 2 weeks. No communication from their end.

Company provide app to search and book co-rider from and to your location.
Car owner can get added into this app and riders can request for ride by paying nominal fees decided by the app depending on distance.

I've earned 7493 through s-ride and not able to redeem the amount in my account.
Every time I'm initiating with minimum of 3000 as per the limit and getting a message that it will be done by 4 days and it never gets deposited. I'd initiated on 31st March 2021 but nothing happened. I did drop a mail on 7th April 2021 but no reply, even though it is mentioned in the mail that it will take 72 hrs to respond.

This is Nitish Gupta, a SRide user.

I have been trying to take my Sride wallet money into my bank account since March 2020 but still (now January 2021) I did not receive money.

I have also sent many many mails to Sride support assistance ([protected]@sride.co) but did not get any revert yet.

I am facing this problem in my two accounts (me & my wife).

There is Rs.3600 in my Sride account (phone no. [protected], Name- Nitish Gupta) and Rs.1521 in my wife's account.

I request your IMMEDIATE INTERVENTION to resolve this matter ASAP since it has been almost 1 year while facing this issue.

We are now tired of taking too many follow-ups.

At-least sRide was not supposed to give this type of harassment.

I have been using sride for last 2 months and have initiated payment request as a car owner .
I have mailed atleast 6 times but haven't received any response.

Payments are not being redeemed to customer bank account. Tried 5 times. No response from customer service.

I have been trying to add my wallet money to my paytm wallet multiple times for a couple of months now, But I always get message that my money will be added in 2-3 working days.But I still haven't received money any money from Sride till now as the situation is same for 1000+ Sride users. I sent mail to them regarding this issue but haven't got any response till now with no proper customer care they are clearly cheating a lot of working people. I also state that Sride has scammed me and many employees.

Sride wallet amount has not been credited to my paytm account. Redemption request was raised on 26th july, 2020.

I have 385 rs in my wallet. I have been trying to add this money to my paytm wallet from long time. I always get message that money will be added in 2 3 working days. I tried many times. I have earned rs. 8479/- in sride e-wallet thorough sride carpooling app and now trying to redeem the money to my bank account. For that, i have initiated the redeem of the maximum eligible amount which can be redeemed at one go i. E. 3000 /- on 1st june, 2020. Now it has been 1 week still respective amount hasn’t been credited to my account. Have already mailed to sride mail id (I. E. [protected]@sride.co) but neither the money got credited to my account nor i received any reply to my last email. Every time i drop a mail to their support mailbox i only get an auto-generated email in reply i. E. "we would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created. A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response. (Usually within 72 hours)". But haven't received any call or any mail in reply from them regarding the issue. They also didn't send me any ticket no which they are claiming as created in the auto-generated reply.

In this situation, i would like to take this up with highest priority and expedite the whole matter so that they (I. E. Sride credits the respective amount to my bank account at the earliest).
