On the 15/06/2023 We went to sterns acornhoek mall, on the que with other customers firstly the ladies that work opened the store 9:15. When we got inside the store we were told all the R200 watches were out of stock only 2 R100 watches were left. To our suprise two ladies who work in the mall came in and they were given watches from the shelves which costs R200. 00 each. When we complain the lady responded that we can't do anything to her and we can complain if we want but she will do what she wants.

    So I received a gold chain in December 2022 as a gift, not even had the chain on twice and the clip at the back broke, not my fault as I am a very careful individual, when I took it back to the store, I was told it was not a manufacturing fault and received a quotation of R1200 and odd to fix it, not a very happy customer and will not leave this matter here.

      I bought a 15000 ring from sterns and they said it white gold, in less than 2 months the ring changed color, it looked like old and fake ring. I went to the store to inform them, they requested for proof of purchase. I went home and picked it up, they said they are taking it for polishing etc but after 6 months I will have to pay for that service. I said no I need my refund because that ring is fake and I can no longer keep it. They gave me customer service number and case was logged till now I have not received any update. STERNS sell FAKE jewelry.

        We visited Sterns Irene on Saturday the 3rd of March. I have been hesitant in getting my daughters ears pierced for a very long time. Eventually on 20 months I decided to do it. I chose Sterns as I have received very good reviews. However since Saturday I have been regretting my decision. The shop assisted as as as another assisted from American Swiss both worked together so that we could do both ears at once. I still made the location dots to make sure the were equal. We waited quite a while which gave me time to make 200% sure they were just perfect before they were pierced. I am extremely precise so I made sure of this. My daughter is 2 so she is busy but daddy assisted and held her as still as possible. After the piercings, I could IMMEDIATELY see that they were NOT equal. I addressed my concern and even before the shop assistant checked, she covered herself by saying "we did it according to the dot" even though the one dot was CLEARLY below the piercing. We left the shop as my husband said we should just leave it but I have been so upset since then. So much so that I just want to remove the earnings as soon as possible. My daughters ears are ruined. I have a photo to show the results. I know there it not much to do at this point but I am extremely upset. The R 300 was not worth messing up her tiny ears.

          I put a ring on layby at sterns and the lady told me all i needed was the layby card that
          Has all my payment information. And now because of personal reasons i do not need
          The ring anymore. I went to the store to ask for a refund but they tell me i must provide
          Proof that i was paying even though i have the first slip and the card with payment info
          They wanted to give me a voucher that forces me to buy from their store even though
          I do not need or want anything from their shop. I do not understand how i can be
          Forced to buy from a jewellery store, i have never been in a jewellery store and the only
          Reason that put me there was for the wedding that is no longer happening.
          I did not receive a product form sterns, but they refuse to give my money back.
