refund not received

I booked 3 online tickets from delhi to haldwani with PNR 127R[protected] for
dated 17th june 18. Due to some medical reasons, I cancelled all the tickets on 12th June 18. But I have not received any refund till date (19th june 18).I have written the email to helpdesk also but did not get any response.This is not a attitude to behave with customers.

bad behaviour of conductor
The bus has no helpers, driver and conductor were not helpfull. They forced passengers to keep heavy luggage under the seat, on which some co passengers vommited spitted due to which the luggage got spoiled and dirty.
On being asked for help to get it cleaned the driver and the conductor faught back but did not help.
The number of the bus is uk 07 pa1785..

Extra charges for luggage

Dear sir,
I traveled in uk07pa2380 bus in 25 june 2016 from dehradun to delhi. The bus conductor chages me for laugage. He charges 472 for laugage as a passanger. He kept 472+472 from me. I asked him if there is any provision for charges for laugage, then give me the laugage bill. He give the passanger travel bil,, which he have. I told him to write, you kept money for laugage, but he donot do that. He kept money from me 472+472

Refuse to take in the bus

Iam the Resident of Modipuram and my son is studying in the Anandvihar Vidya Mandir Centre. He has to attend his classes on every third day . But when he return back home i.e from Anand Vihar to modipuram and tried to take the bus o[censored]ttrakhand Roadways passing by at Mohannagar, the staff of the busses refused to take him in the bus.Due to such ill behaviour of the staff o[censored]ttrakhand roadways he suuffered everytime and his precious time killed.He then focefully has to take the bus of Meerut and then comes to Modipuram. I on behalf of my son request you to please take the legal action against the staff of thi service.
I will be thankful to you.

Mental Harassment Of Customer

Sir,
On 15th night 9 PM I asked for a bus ticket in Uttarakhand Roadways bus "Royal Cruiser" from Delhi To Roorkee. Even though the bus is suppose to come to Roorkee and the bus came to report to Roorkee bus stop, but the ticket issued to me was upto Dehradun. The ticket issuing staff said he will not give ticket upto Roorkee, but already he issued tickets to Roorkee and after 10 again he issued tickets to Roorkee.
Is it like the tickets will be issued based on the mood of the concerned staff. Due to all this, my cousin didn't came to Roorkee along with me for his business and we faced a loss because of it. Also the helping staff of bus demanded money for putting tag on my baggage which is not as per rules. He took extra money from me.
Please tell me who can pay for my loss.

Same thing happen with me. And why the helping staff ask Rs10/bag for putting the tag. Adminstration should look into this otherwise it will make bad impression on our Uttarakhand Bus Services.

Yesterday on 10.06.2012, I board in Bus route Delhi - Maasi at 6.30 pm around. I came to drop to my elder brother's wife with two children & mother about 65 year old. Bus was ready to go, I board in to it and arrange the seat for them, and finally they got the seat. After my departure from ISBT, the Condoctor came into bus and ask for ticket to them, when they try to take the ticket from DELHI TO MACHHOR (Near to Bhatronj Khan), he demanded the amount from DELHI TO MASHI (Excess of Rs.70/- approx) and said if you are not to pay more, get down from the bus, even after requesting him, he has denied. Ultimately they have to got down from the bus with two children and old lady (mother). I would like to know from the officers o[censored]ttarakhand Transport Corporation as well as to the UK Govt. please reply the following points.
1 - This facility is not for those, who are living middle of the way. (i.e. Totam, Machhor, Bharoj Khan, Sinora, Bhikiyasen, Jenala etc.) to DELHI - MAASI. DELHI - DEGHAT, DELHI - JOURASI, DELHI-GANAI.
2 - UTC is serving for the people, or for threatening to the people.
3 - If the person has to get down at the middle of the way, has he pay more (i.e. from Delhi - Massi, Ganai, Deghat, etc).
4 - What is the difference between UTC and private bus service (i.e. misbehave with passengers, excess charges, )
5 - If this facility is not for the people o[censored]K, like us for whom are you providing the facility.
6 – If We all (people living this route) unable to get the facility, UK Govt. should stop the bus service from this rout.
7- Why do we (people living Totam, Machhor, Bharoj Khan, Sinora, Bhikiyasen, Jenala etc.) allow these buses to go from this route.
8. When the UTC will arrange the transport facility for those people who are living at the middle of the way.
Kindly reply the above mentioned points, and clarify that, what type of action is taken against the Concoctor for this misbehave & also what type of action has taken by the UTC as well as the UK Govt. that the people can avail the facility who are living middle of this route.
