Cafe Coffee Day Complaints & Reviews

Have been visiting the Marine Drive CCD since long and while have no complaints about the service or coffee or food (could do better) lately am seeing that many street kids are being allowed in the evening time. This occurs when the manager is not around.
The kids often harass customers asking us to buy for them. I understand if someone wants to feed them but then they can buy and give it to them outside.
The problem is they are without any foot wear and then climb on the chairs which are made dirty and its not fair to the next customer who sits there. Further i have seen 2 of the girls enter the toilet and the return to the tables and climbing the chairs (that has actually prompted me to complaint). The issue being hygiene i should hope someone looks into this. as i would not like to sit on a chair where someone has entered the toilet barefoot and climbed on it!

I don't think any other restaurants allow them in that vicinity eg. Pizza by the bay, Starbucks etc. nor other restaurants would so why is CCD staff allowing it? Also as mentioned, this mainly has occurred when the manager is absent which makes me think the staff is just overlooking them some reason.

Went to CCD Hyderabad with my age old mom. Called the staff multiple times. He was preparing something for a order. Agreed. But he purposefully avoided me. I wanted water badly for my age old mom. He kept avoiding me either talking in the phone or doing some work

We were not allowed to sit on the veranda even though we were well within our timings.
We are asked to leave

This is to raise a complaint on staff named baskar teddy working in Prakashnagar branch.

I am a regular customer To this branch since 6 years
But this staff is being too rude with the customers asking for more orders and he charges extra on the products and does not give bill
And if we give water based orders he gives it with a less quantity
And he gives reasons for it
And most of the time there are no water based products available And he asks us to take the expensive ones
Giving reasons that there is no business

And today we were 3 o[censored]s when he asked us to order
We ordered 1 watermelon granita
And he is telling he can’t take order below 500
asking us not to come from tomorrow

And he is raising voice on customers
This is not only with us
This complaint is behalf on most of the customers who come here regularly

Please do not assign such staffs who is being rude and disrespectful with the customers
It’s is extremely inappropriate

I request you to take immediate action on him
Or this issue will be posted on social media

They asked and forced us to order and when asked they said it’s mandatory to order anything. We just can’t sit there and we had to leave for that.

Yestaday i had been to Cafe coffee day at rajajinagar bil was 520 and i gave them my credit card amount got deducted to me but they said payment not recieved sir so he took another card and took the payment but for me amount has dedcuted from 2 cards

We took CCD's coffee machine on rent for a year. At the time of signing contract, CCD took 25000/- security deposit.

Because of of their machine's bad performance, delay in fixing the machine, poor maintenance services, we cancelled the deal.

After returning the machine in March end 2022, We are now waiting for them to refund our security deposit. We are sitting on June and they still haven't. We were told within...

We were staying in the building caffe coffe day. We had talked to owner to stay for next 3 months and paid rent for the current month and then we were forced to leave on the 20th day of month. No refund of 10 days was given. They got other customers and we were neglected. We demand for justice.

Cafe coffee day located in hotel ashok laxmi nagar square nagpur, i'm a frequent customer over there i mean its like a second home after heavy work schedule, today at 10 i went to see my collegue for a minute seated inside suddenly the guy named luvkush a new intern came and yelled agressively towards i just said why are you getting hyperactive we are just leaving i just met and sat and suddenly he came arogantly and came face to face yelling this kinda behaviour i didnt expect from ccd staff, its been 12 years that i'm visiting a cafe but this time was too much he literally came forward yelling as if he is gonna call somebody and push me out of cafe the guy is seriously arogant even after asking a glass of water is hardly present there from his hand. I'm definitely gonna take this matter ahead if this isnt solved

Products quality is too dilute that tea is better than that, dilute is like lemon water with lots of ice.
Asked employee to replace with good quality but no response and no concerns about customer feedback

Today 12th may around 11 am in the morning I ordered cafe frappe from cafe coffee day Janakpuri branch through Zomato . They delivered a mini flask with 2 mini plastic cups I consumed 3 cups already and then when I poured my 4th cup there were black hairs and an insect floating in the coffee . This was totally unacceptable and I raised complaint through Zomato and when I talked to the cafe coffee day staff from Janakpuri over the phone they took it casually just said sorry and there was no manager . This is a serious concern as in the covid situation I’m taking extra care of my health and making sure ordering from known brands so there will no hygiene issue . Now I’m really worried about my health as I did consumed the coffee and I will definitely escalate this issue maybe on internet now .

I found an insect in my food and wasn’t able to get refund as I denied replacement because I had issues on hygiene

Weekly myself and friend will go CCD for our office meeting and work collaboration, we use start order from Tea/coffee and we order one by one till our work completes. Last week as usual we went to CCD But lady from the desk who is known to be ccd employee(okkiyam thuraipakkam Chennai branch) asked us to order more else you can't sit here even though shop is empty. Same lady asked us to switch table before a week since customers are coming then who are we ? We got frustrated and moved to Starbucks later. Ccd is place close to my heart where my professional and personal life started but employees like these make us to leave ccd.
