Mis behave with the customer.. No manner to talk with the customer..

I m at cafe coffee day saltlake sector 5 ordered devils own and it was not like the correct own not in consistency not taste even the staff couldn't provide bill. They told to submit money through phonepay on their own phone number and latter when we ask bill they couldn't provide. They charged money rs 435. The cold coffee was given in normal plastic glass not in the original glass. No idea how to solve this problem . Hope I will get feedback soon.

I have returned the rental coffee machine to CCD authorized distributor "Prime Enterprises" with complete accessories in Nov (10/11/2020) month since we the staff was working from home.

Coffee day is suppose to refund the security deposit of Rs.25000/-, am continuously following up with concern sales in-charge regularly but nothing happened till now

It's been six months now, Coffee day team is just giving excuses every time with unacceptable reasons. I have waited enough & decided to raise this issue in this forum.

I have attached my latest email sent to CCD sales team, refund confirmation letter issued by the CCD person & machine inward receipt from the Agency.

Please review all the above provided information & do the needful

I would request for security deposit refund from the Company.

should consider it as fraud and ask people not to give security amount to ccd because you dont refund money politely or you people can do something ??

Dear Team,

We had raised a request to pull out a coffee vending machine in June 2020 but the company took almost 3 months to execute this request. Meantime we have been forced to pay the rent for the Vending Machine of about Rs.7, 500/- to M/s Nilavan Enterprise, the distributor for Cafe Coffee day.

As I had returned the vending machine, i requested for a refund of our deposit Rs.25, 000/- from cafe coffeeday....

Hi, today in Thane branch of CCD in panchpakhadi, I ordered a garlic bread, a hot chocolate, and a regular late. And I was charged 853 INR. I asked for bill, and was given an excuse that the machine isn’t working. I asked to give me a photo of the price on the screen, I was told that it already went. I asked for a manual script of bill. I was still not given one.
Please look forward into this. This is hard earned money, and being overcharged for something like this, and denying request of bill is highly unacceptable and highly below standards of reputation of CCD

We returned the coffee day machine as per the guidelines given to us and 4equested for security deposit

It has been over 6 months and follow ups with coffee day enterprises office in Delhi

When we go to supreme distributors wwho sold us the machine and material, they send us to Himesh Bassi, marketing manager of coffee day in Delhi

Them after 5 months of follow up Himesh points to a person in finance teamSanjay who says the person who has to refund is changed

Every day new story but no refundof 26000

I have just came out from your outlet at manisquare .mr suvijit was serving me.i was served in a clay cup. When askee they said the policy hasbeen changed from oct 1 .this is ridiculous and utter lie as afew days ago i have visited tobin road ccd. This is not acceptable in corona situation and highly irresponsible behaviour.I will sue you if anything happens to me

I visited CCD at Connaught Place, Delhi on 17th October 2020. We ordered one cold coffee and one cappuccino. But was billed inappropriately and upon discussion was informed that the bill is correct. I have attached a copy of the bill here as well. The bill was huge and also of not the items I had ordered.

We are a cafe and we had hired the coffee machine from cafe coffee day considering this might enhance our business and attract more customer. However this did not materialize and keeping the coffee machine was getting unaffordable. So we returned the machine and requested the refund. The machine was collected in march 2020 and we are in september now and still the deposit has not been refunded. Dozens of emails and phone calls have fallen...

Ccd vip road, koyla bihar kolkata has set up 4 tables outsides for customers who smoke in a very small area, hence not abiding by the rules of social distancing. This is unacceptable and ccd is comprising on our safety. Being a regular customer there, i am very disturbed by this.

Our company "claim accurate medical billing india pvt ltd" situated then in anna nagar chennai at the time of buying vending machine in october 2018 had deposited rs 25, 700 as refundable deposit. When lockdown was imposed during april 2020, the vending machine was returned and the refund was requested. But unfortunately the refund amount is not received till date. They initially said they don't have record of the payment...

I purchased ccd coffee machine on 19th nov 2019 and it's in warranty. I written mail to ccd on 19th august as while making coffee, water was coming from base of orion machine. After multiple follow-up orion machine docket number 14930 created on 02nd sept for pickup of machine. I am still waiting but no pickup arrangement done. Meanwhile i reminded ccd many times with my e-mail that please arrange pickup but they are not replying my mail.
Please resolve it.

This complaint is regarding the refund which did not take place in the last 72hours.
The order at the ccd cafe was placed through the app and was cancelled by the concerned ccd employee due to unavailable items.

The payment was made through phonepe

Also they have deducted a sum of 8500 rupees in the total refund as they claim it as rent that i have not paid for machine even its unused for more than 5 months by me but i agreed to deduct the sum amount of 8500 rps even though i suffered heavy loss and distributor agreed to pay a refund of 16500 in telephonic conversation.

Then he excused lot of reasons to refund my amount and payed only 6500 and remaining 10000 is unpaid by him still when i reach out distributor he is not responding still and company executive is giving excuses...

Please review all the above provided information & do the needful
