As we have only once had telephonic conversation, as am a customer rented your company coffee machine for a span of 4 to 5 months through mr yeshas and we have returned back 1.5 months back itself, still i didn't get my deposit amount, your sales person is simply rotating us with useless reasons till yesterday,
Do you know sir, even government amount that too in a mode of loan, people are getting money thro bank that tooo in coalition govt, but your organisation is still keeping the money of the people who have taken your machine for rent and closed a long back and expecting the security amt will be returned today or tomorrow,
Looking smart and handsome by appearance does not matter, it should be thro work also, creating fashion dp on whatsup and other mode of communication works only when work what you are doing smartly without troubling or playing with hard earned money of your customers (Late)

Your person still asking for the documents and giving reason that, one auif=dit is approved another is asking so other documents, its ok as am also working as a senior accountant in mnc co. For a span of 7 to 8 years that too in audit section, though this sentence is not required but the reason is what kind of audit is done, is it the company's mode of work or your persons mode of work nobody can understand,

Even after so long your person has asked the document which is ready from past 3 days, but he is unable to come and collect till date, and he says, after getting the document again it takes 15 days time to get my refund, what # sir... Even the machine was packed and kept for more that 20-25 days and only past 2 days it has been lifted, by this only we can estimate that is the status for my amt...

Do you know that your company people only says that " the company is like that only" may be you tooo, but unfortunately you cant say,

Kindly now itself stop using security deposits amt from various people used to feed your customers and use some other money for it.

We have visited ccd in jayanagar and it is good place to hangout with friends. But the thing is ccd employees are not worrying about non-smokers. Since smoking is prohibited in public areas, still i dont know how the famous franchise like ccd allowed inside or campus of ccd

We faced very worst situation with employee of ccd and with smoker.

If it continues ccd will loose customers. Since maximum of couples may visit to ccd than smokers in a day

Counter staff encourages customer to pay unbilled amount in there personal paytm account.

Giving regular guest coffees without bill and payment.

Big variance in stock also the city manager is involved and is ignoring the same.

Cafe Coffee Day encourages their employ to take money in their personal account and then instruct them to deposit money in unaccounted bank accounts.Big black money scam.

Print and visual Media will be informed on the same.

The attendants in ccb brookfield near aecs layout bangalore is a matter of concern especially from shift between 5pm to 3 am.
They take the order, but take a long time to serve.in spite of paying a high service charge we need to take the ordered stuff from counters. Some attendants do serve at the table. Not sure why this parity.
The attendants keep talking to each other and don't listen to the customer's orders. They order wrongly and customer has to pay for it.
The ambience looks old and maintained well. Even wash rooms are not maintained well. For all these inconsistencies we need to pay a higher rate excluding taxes.

Will management take a look into this branch.
Due to poor service long ago we stopped visiting this ccb. Still nothing has changed.

At the bokaro mall, bokaro steel city, jharkhand, the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I have been regular customer of ccd and almost keep going there whenever i come in holidays (I work in pune). Almost i have made ordered whenever i visited ccd (U can check it by my no. [protected] which every time i shared while ordering) but today i. E 29th march, 2019, it's became my so unpleasant moment at ccd. This time i had no time and i just went there with my colleague and due to shortage of time i didn't order but when i started to go just after sitting there hardly 15 mins, ccd staff told me that you have to order i[censored] r sitting in that area. I just surprised how a ccd staff can react with it's regular customer. It was really very unprofessional behaviour which i won't forget and never would become a customer or recommend to get service from such a prestigious company juss bcz of some unprofessional and unskilled staff.

On 26th march 2019 i have swap my debit card on cafe coffee day - dhanajay tower - satelite branch-ahmedabad.. Approx 8.07 pm time. At that time there is some server issue may be that ccd manager said me. So the bill amount of 536 is not getting by them at that time.. So he has swap the card again to getting that bill money... Still the same issue... Then after after when i left the ccd approx 10.5 pm he swap again the card for making that bill amount of 536... So at the time money has deducted

After some time when i see my bank statement 3 times bill amount of 536 has been deducted... Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Actually money has to be deducted only for one time...

Had visited chalakudy vge potta ccd. They billed me for the wrong things, refunded me for a chocolate i hadn't ordered and i asked to replace the wrongly billed coffee. They refused and they didn't even have the courtesy to inform us that that it won't be replaced. They didn't repeat the order while ordering. I had to wait 15 mins with a 4 month old child. Very dissatisfied with your service.

Whatever happened to your quality? I asked for hot gourmet coca, and i get only hot milk. I dont pay 180-200 rs for just hot milk. Arent your staff supposed to follow a recipe? Esp. The outlet in garuda mall upstairs - worst service. They add just about anything without asking you, extra cream, chocolate sauce etc, even if i said no. And when i ask for bill they dont provide coz they know we'll see what extra was added. Fix your issues, or we'll have to just visit barista or star bucks going forward.

At the phoenix mall coffee day at alambagh in lucknow, the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I was conducting interviews a d have ordered almost ra.1200+ worth of coffee and food in 3 hours, and they came an hour ago asking me to order again as we hadn't ordered in an hour. The manager, akash trivedi tells me that "we have to do business and so every table should order every hour" when i asked him about this rule. He then tells me that it is a compulsory coffee day rule that one has to order every hour. Terrible experience, never coming to a coffee day again.

I quit my job for 5 months and i want my pf i have been big temple for 5 months for my pf and they always say your dob is wrong in your uan number. I have change many times and i dont know what is the issue and why it is not changing and i am totally cheesed off here and hr always says it is in process from 5 months tell me when will this problem reslove. The pos debit card machine has not been working at the ccd outlet at maker arcade, cuffe parade.

The person in charge does not know how to manage and is not able to provide a satisfactory response on why the machine has not been working for over a month.

This is a deliberate attempt to have only cash payments and discourage use of cards at this ccd outlet.

I love your cafes and stuff that u serve, but from last month, i am noticing that a co-worker/barista of (Poonam chambers ccd, byramji town, nagpur)
Named 'arti' her behaviour towards customer is so harsh.
On 23/2/19 (Saturday) at morning i went there to hangout with my boyfriend, and we were clicking selfies and she served a frappe to me, an said me in a very very harsh manner that ' thek se betho'.
Its not at all ethical to speak with any cusotmer like this. I wanted you to please take a serious action.
This is really something very disappointing from ccd workers, and excpet this i heard lot's of back # about me, i will not at all tolerate this about me.

I had ordered a medium cappuccino on 21 feb 2019 at 2.48pm on fc road outlet pune in bhosale heights... Hi i'm rahool from hyderabad i'm a regular visiter of sindhi colony coffee shop hyderabad telangana.
As on today i visited this branch regularly i order saucy noddles but today some strange thing happen were the employees told us that it's was not available.
Ok v order another so at that time store manager came so i asked noodles so he said it's available i shocked this cafe coffee store is in loss stage that thing i found out y it was in loss stage these employees were all fraud.
Some more information about these coffee shop i have.
Please don't even visits cafe coffee day visits some other but not this one.

I want change my personal details i was already fill form of changing personal details last 2 months ago no response they rejected my form again and again now i have fully frustated .my date of birth is 06/071998 in my document but company hr fill in company document 07/06/1998 its the main issue but they all refuse we cant do anything we cant change

Very bad behavior by staff with an aged person. Shouting and telling him to leave as he didn't order something for an hour and was sitting there discussing something. This happened for the second time. That employee literally shouted and i am highly disappointed with this ccd branch. How can you treat your customers like this. Customers are the only ones who help you take your salary. I feel you should fire such kind of employees.

I am having to cappuccino coffee codes obtained from double mint offer pack. When i went to hazratganj lucknow cafe coffee day branch i was not served with it.. First they said that they would not provide me with the coffee then i called head office and then they said that there is no network so please resolve my issue and help me with it as soon as possible...

I got served with a burger without any mayonnaise in it but i got charged for a full burger. When i complained about it, i was told that i will have to pay extra for mayonnaise. When i insisted that it's not normal to pay extra for mayonnaise, i was offered another sub standard burger with minimal amount of mayonnaise. Plz look into the matter.
The above incident happened at ccd, saudagar lines, sadar bazaar, agra.

I went to this place 2 times on different saturdays night at 11 to 11 30pm.
1st time when i was about to order they said the billing closed.. Due to card machine error ok so i left.
2nd time before ordering i went and asked is the card machine works the guy who is in the counter said all working. So i decided to view the menu card to order and i went to the guy who was in the front desk to order he said the card machine does not work. I got pissed off and asked him i asked you but said all machine works but now why are you saying lik this and he said billing closed i asked what is bill closing time he said 12am but i asked right now it is 11 40 pm only... He dont have answer for that i aaked there are people who are outside who they were about to pay and we came in to order some thing and these people who has bird brains closed the card machine billing earlier. And asking cash i dont know where the ccd guy is running to close the card statement very soon and he saying the card machine does not have signal as if i came from village and keeps on saying lies and he doesn't say that we have closed the card billing and i asked him why did u closed the card soon and that # head does not have any reply and keep on telling some reasons like card machine problem and card machine does not have signal and all he really pissed me off.. I did not raise my voice cause i was with my wife and friends pls teach these guys how to work. And they called this is a premium lounge totally # giving extra money and if i come next time really i willl break some one nose over there...

Dear hi, yesterday i purchased one classic black forest cake (Bill no[protected]/20933 dtd 21/01/19) from vijay bank layout, bangalore. Cake outer part is so dry and cream on upper part is like wax (Means no freshness). I gifted to somebody for bday, its very bad impression on me.
This quality i am not expecting from ccd becoz i am regular customer of ccd...
I need refund for above transcation.
