    I'm a regular in ur ccd branch madhyamgram badamtala, kolkata -129, i smoke as i'm a chain smoker and so i don't sit inside while i order cofeee at ur smoking zone whenever i come. But today while i switch on the fan the employee bharathi comes hurriedly and insult me and warn me to stop the fan and sit inside.. I never find this kinda of arrogant behaviour from any staff of ccd ever across india. She is saying there is a huge consumption of electric bill for switching on the fan. Being an engineer from iit it's a shame for me. I told her i'll pay 100 rupees extra for the electricity bill and i'll pay that amount in exchange of a chalan from ccd whenever i come and sit here switching the dan on in the smoking zone.. Whatever my bill may be i'll pay 100 ruppees extra for the electricity and i want u to provide me the chalan immediately with effect. It's a shame that u keep this kind o[censored]nder trained people in ur organization who don't even know the basic training of being in the hospitality industry.

        I asked for a sandwich (185/-) and classic cold coffee specifically (105/-) which i have mentioned several times, to which the customer executive, jayarama, agreed and added to my order, however when the final billing he asked for rs.420/- to which i was shocked why he was demanding rs.105/- extra. He said he added dark frappe when i had specifically asked for classic cold coffee with no added flavours or even dark. So instead he was trying to bill me extra and thought i wouldn’t ask and would blindly pay as most customers would. This is highly unexpected from a brand like ccd which i’ve been going to in the past. But this executive was just casual and didn’t even admit his mistake. Either he should be charged with or ccd should be charged with consumer injustice. Please take action incorrect billing not valid to order.

              Respected sir/madam
              I placed an order dated[protected] on https://shop.cafecoffeeday.com. my order number is ccd[protected]. This order was placed on subscription basis for 3months (2 packets of pure arabica capsules every month) & it was showing that product is in stock. I have paid an amount of 998. But today is[protected], there is no update regarding this order. I called customer care in the month of august, they told me that its out of stock right now and its expected to refill in the first week of september & shall be delivered after that. Kindly register my complaint & do some needful action regarding this.

                The ccd outlet in the academic block of bits hyderabad is constituted of a single inexperienced employee. The rush hour is handled inefficiently and more importantly the drinks are not being made in the manner they are supposed to, for example as for today the hot cocoa was given to me with just a drop of chocolate syrup. I'm paying for just a cup of hot milk. Kindly look into this matter.

                  Around 6.15pm on 26th august 2019, i went to have coffee with my mother at a ccd outlet near me home. The address of the outlet is as follows : om enclave, 59/2, bt road, kolkata, west bengal - 700002. I waited for 10 minutes for another friend of mine to arrive after which i went up to the counter to place the order. There was one male waiter and one lady at the cash register. I ordered two garlic breads first. Then the employee asked whether it is single or double cheese to which i said single. Next i ordered two cappuccino with extra cream. When asked about the total amount, she said it was 790. I paid two 500 rupee notes in cash and took the change.
                  When i asked for the bill, the lady said that she would send the bill over to the table. We went back, chatted for an hour, drank the coffee and was about to leave when i went back to the counter to ask for the bill again. This time there was the male waiter as the lady's shift was ending and she had gone to the changing room to change from the usual ccd issued uniform to her home clothes. It was 7.30 pm.
                  The male waiter at the counter said that there's been a problem with the billing machine and made up some cock and bull story. I could clearly sense that he's lying. When i demanded the hard copy bill, then he asked me to wait as the lady who has taken my order has gone to change. I waited and then the lady came back. Both of them had an intense discussion and then she wrote something and gave that to the male waiter. He came out to give me the bill and then i noticed that it was a hand written bill. There was no employee signature and no mention of name of any sort on the bill. When i pointed that out to him, he said that its really not required and gave me a lecture on how we should never lose trust on big brands like ccd.
                  I didn't take a look at the bill until i came back home and saw that the address mentioned was that of a different outlet (Bill attached). Secondly, the bill amount is totally wrong. We said we wanted single cheese slice on each garlic bread and she put the order for four. Also the cappuccino with extra cream price seems very wrong to me. (After going through zomato menu of the same restaurant).
                  Now, i want the ccd management to contact me and clarify the following:
                  1. Why was i not given a printed bill? I have heard that if you are not provided a bill, the coffee is free. Clarify.
                  2. Why was i given a hand made bill with the wrong store address?
                  3. Why did she charge me for double cheese slices (Two for each) when i asked her and was served only single slice?
                  4. I want the bill breakup with the official store menu card as a proof. It is very clear that i was overcharged.
                  Also, if you look closely at the bill, she initially wrote 2 cheese slices an then overwrote it and made a 4. Just another proof of the rip off. Seriously, this is so wrong! I can't imagine a renowned brand doing this.

                  I was contacted by the Area coach Mr. SK Tarikul Islam and he apologised on the waiter's behalf and confirmed that I was indeed cheated at the restaurant. He promised that stern action would be taken against them and also he visited them personally. After that he refunded the entire billing amount the account details I provided. The process was very smooth and I was satisfied. Thanks CCD management for caring for your customers. Hope I don't get cheated again at one of your outlets.

                    Please note that i had placed an order on 10th august 2019 at 10:27am from the app for ccd located at dlf it park-kolkata by mistake instead of placing the order for dlf it park-galleria.

                    However, since the store was closed and due to open after 11am, the order got cancelled after sometime resulting in the reversal of the earned beans.

                    But, the money which got debited from my wife's account, didn't credit back to her account till date.

                      I wish to raise the complain and amicable solution for my loss happen yesterday at your ghodbunder store, thane - west, thane. Café coffe day.

                      I have also raise complain formal on your website through contact us feedback form.

                      My visit to the store was between evening 8:00pm to 10:30 pm. Please note i am regular customer along with my husband for ghodbunder café.

                      It is very disappointing to know that café do not have sufficient ccd at café and you staff giving feedback that personal item lost of customer is not cafe's responsibility.

                        We toook 2 coffes and we got ### glass pieces inside it !! What if we drink it and something happens !! And when we went n told him he was like sorry a glass broke inside the kitchen and it went inside the coffe. Is this the service what u give go customers???? What if something happened to us.                           Coffee product mrp are not show on menu card and also provide without unit price tax invoice bills. And make payment to paytm on the name of third party (Mobile shop). I have proof of that. They are doing totally black marketing. And making customer full. It's totally illegal. I don't understand what is going on ccd akshardham metro delhi. Kindly take it seriously. And do the needful on urgent basis. If you will not respond immediately they will countiue there black marketing. And i want my compensation

                            This is renu timal varma, i was a employee of the cafe coffee day, my joining date is 17/3/2012 and my employee id is a61698, i want to withdraw my pf but i am not able to withdraw because i don't have aun number, i also check with the vikroli office. They said to me to send a pf form to the banglore address. I send the courier on 3rd, june 2019 with cancelled cheq and pf and id proof at banglore address, still no response from the banglore. I also mark email to the pf department of pf at banglore. They didn't give any response

                              This message is regarding inconvenience and rude behaviour faced by one your regular customers at outlet in rajkot next to big bazaar l.

                              I would like to bring to your notice that today afternoon (22nd july, 2019) i have faced worst experience at ccd. I have been huge fan of ccd coffees and not to mention about my my loyalty towards it.
                              However, day by day quality of coffee is degrading at above mentioned outlet.
                              Although, i ignored that and still continued to visit regularly till i faced horrible behaviour from your staff today.

                              Basic idea o[censored]s consumers for paying 200 rupees for a cup of coffee is not only coffee but service offered along with it like relaxation, peace, an opportunity of conversation. However, it seems to be impossible at your outlet these days. Today, when we entered. It was hot afternoon and we were looking in menu to decide what to order meanwhile one of your employees started nagging us about “place an order”. With due respect we placed an order. Story doesn’t end here. Within next 50 minutes one of their employees started nagging us again and again about placing an order as their policy says to order after “every one hour”.

                              First of all i want your confirmation regarding this policy. Second of all i want you to brief me about your stupid, pathetic policy of ordering after every one hour. Third of all, i don’t understand what kind of policy is this? So we are supposed to finish our food in one hour only? What if i don’t have enough capacity to eat food but i am meeting my friend after a long time and i want time to finish my conversation? What if i am on date and i need time to finish my conversation.
                              Moreover, i respect about your policy but then why it is not mentioned anywhere? If you would mention it i will never choose to come at a place where i am constantly nagged about placing an order at every hour even though cafe is completely empty and no one is waiting. On top of it staff rudely arguing about the same.

                                This is anwar from ekta consultant. As i am the vendor of cafa coffee day. But i am facing payment related issue fro september 2018 month on-wards. Since my payment is pending from long but still i have received the payment. From mumbai head office vikhroli brance. They just provide the fake commitment (Mr priyank rai/malika gandhi). So please don't cheat with customer / vendor...

                                  In ballygunge ccd inside tripura enclave, ballygunge circular road the manager of the cafe doesn't know how to talk with customers... While ordering through apps... The items that are on the app in the store's portal.. Every time were turned down except some regular items. Is there nothing to offer to the customers except few regular things... Even if the item is there on the display... It was turned down as well.. And after complaining to the head office about the matter. She came and told that get out of my cafe... Her name is baishali... Is the cafe really her's.. Is she the owner of the cafe. I don't think so... Is it the way to talk and behave with a regular customer... This is very disheartening.. I don't think i will refer anyone anymore. If no action would be taken... Then i will complaint to consumer forum...!

                                    I have been a regular ccd goer in many places. But the quality of food in asansol is very poor. Maybe due to low demand, but in that case don't provide the food and snacks to be better off. I suffer from food poisoning when i got chance to eat two times in recent time. The coffee segment is still better, but other than that it's just pathetic. Kindly look into the matter.

                                      I Ordered bread garlic from CCD License No. [protected] from zirakpur from swiggy platform . i received my order quite late as well as with the hair . My Order number is [protected].I just want to know who is the responsible for that. The approach from CCD and swiggy Staff quite normal towards this concern . Even Area manager of Cafe Coffee Day Mr. Lakshay Didn't provide me the number of zonal manager . I want satisfactory response higher authority . otherwisw, I have to take strict action against Swiggy as well as Cafe Coffee Day

                                        Hello sir /madam,
                                        My complaint is regarding the billing by counter people. I have face similar situation in almost three ccd outlets in around Chennai area. The people at tha counter are not giving bill voluntarily. They are providing the bill only if it's asked by the customers. And they are asking some random amount if we don't prefer bill.. upon asking about the bill they have reduced the total amount by 20 to 25 rupees. First time when this incident happened to me I thought that is simply due to some miscommunication.. but I have experienced similar experience in almost 3 outlets. There are something fishy is happening during billing. Please kindly look into the Matter and take immediate action otherwise this will ruin the reputation of ccd among the customers.

                                        The place was very untidy and flies all over the place. I ordered devil's own and it was served in a disposable glass. Chilli cheese toast was cold. Very disappointed with CCD
