The hinge of a diamond earring brought from Rajouri Garden, Delhi, broke after just 45 days. Instead of reimbursing us, caratlane is taking it back after deducting making charges. In addition, the harassment that we as consumers had to face going from one caratlane store to the other asking for a resolution is unacceptable. One would expect a reputed brand like caratlane to be a little more consumer-friendly and fair, which was totally not the case. I would like to make this unjust treatment public via social media so that others are not subjected to such sort of a treatment, like us.
