False promises, fake customer care executives.
Gold bracelet got out of shape in just w months.
They have been trying to repair it since last 1 month but no communication from them. They just tell us that the product will be received in next 24 to 48 hours. Their store executives say it's back end team which is at fault. Never trust these fraudsters.

When I purchased a product dey have policy of free of cost of all thing invlude repair n all dey entertain but now dey apply charges because my product is old n n product is so small its just earings det almost chge 1500 for dat repair

I purchased multiple products from caratlane and when it come to services delivery its really pathetic design are ok but now came to know how they are involved in fraud one year warranty on product is big fraud by caratlane till date I replaced only one product evil eye pendant as its enamel got off 100% in 10 days what they did they changed it and made its value as 24 for buy back my question is can any one get any gold product in market...

Please be informed that I bought the diamond ring from Caratlane which is damaged I raised the complaint for refund but they are denied for the entire amount refund.
This ring is not looking like a real gold and diamond ring it seems fake because gold colour is faded and the ring is damaged....

Broken earring
The hinge of a diamond earring brought from Rajouri Garden, Delhi, broke after just 45 days. Instead of reimbursing us, caratlane is taking it back after deducting making charges. In addition, the harassment that we as consumers had to face going from one caratlane store to the other asking for a resolution is unacceptable. One would expect a reputed brand like caratlane to be a little more consumer-friendly and fair, which was totally not the case. I would like to make this unjust treatment public via social media so that others are not subjected to such sort of a treatment, like us. I would expect caratlane to resolve this at the earliest and contact me at [protected]@iima.ac.in

Recently I purchased a valuable goods from Caratlane online shopping. The payment of Rs. 28232 paid through gpay on June 10, 2023. My order numbers are U9A6B77A. This transaction was successful in gpay and amount was debited from my account but the Caratlane declined my order and not returned my payment. It’s been 5 days since this happened so far failed payment didn’t reverse to my account. Finally I checked with bank it shows payment...

I bought a ring from Caratlane, Rajouri Garden store on[protected]. Within a year's time the diamond came off and I assumed it was a manufacturing defect. A second time after getting it repaired, the same problem was observed. So, prima facie it is quite evident that it is a manufacturing defect. Wrong promise of 15 days money back
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the return policy of Caratlane. On May 30, I ordered a bracelet from your website(Order number O255CDE7-J). The product page stated that there was a 15-day money-back guarantee, with no mention of any restrictions. I received the bracelet on May 31 and immediately requested a return. I have not received any updates on the status of my return request.
I contacted customer service today to inquire about the status of my return. I was informed that I would only be eligible for a refund for the cost of the gold in the bracelet, as it is a personalized product. I am disappointed that this information was not made clear to me when I placed my order. I would not have ordered the bracelet if I had known that I would not be able to return it for a full refund.
I am requesting that you honor the 15-day money-back guarantee that was advertised on your website. I am also requesting that you waive the personalization fee, as I was not made aware of the restrictions on the return policy until after I had placed my order.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I bought a product on May 25th, 2023 from caratlane.It was customized before.The store kept the item differently, it was shown to me.It is written in the terms and conditions of the bill if the customer wants to get the money back then the customer can do it. But when I inform the customer care for the return then from there it says that the product was my order so I will be refunded after deducting some money.Even after I told them again...

The store people told me that I will receive bill by evening on my email. when I received the bill, on it cost of ring was mentioned to be Rs. 1, 63, 249. The company made me to pay more, and gave bill for less.

Holding customers money and real fraudsters

Really fraudsters first collect money from customers and always have metal weight differences and they play by collecting extra money and then manipulating things not refunding money and this time i purchased one sui dhaga earings my money is stuck neither they refunded money nor products delivered and said sorry that they cant adjust exclusive points and tanishq encircle points after playing for more then 15 days mine money is stuck from 19th Aug I have all call records mails where they cleared mentioned exclusive points and encircle points will be adjusted but it was not done now these poor people are even struggling to pay back the money that i paid really shameless people and management

I have purchased a necklace of rupees 10000, which is defective I haven’t even used it and got 2 repairs done, it became so complicate for me so i asked them to refund full amount but they have refused .they are just make customer fools. I suggest everyone please dont fall for their 100 or 150 rs offer. Don’t trust their products...

Delivery failure and no refund yet
I ordered online from caratlane on 02nd Nov 2021. On 20th Nov the product was dispatched. I took continuous follow-up with customer care daily. Their courier partner did not contact for delivery. Sincce everyday it was failing I told them to cancel on 03rd Dec. It is 11th Dec today still no refund. Their website however has updated as refund on 22nd Nov. How's that even possible.?? It's total fraud.

Instead of repair the manufacturing defect they exchange the product and charged extra amount
Although the subject is not enough to elaborate my complain, so I write here in detail.
On 22 November 2021 I purchased a pair of earring from Caratlane City Center Guwahati worth Rs. 14218/- after getting discount of Rs. 250/-, I paid Rs. 13968/-. While using the product I have noticed that one of the earring lock is not worked properly, so on 25 November I went to Caratlane Bora Service G S Road to repair the same within the 14 days exchange/repair period. But there instead of repair the same they exchange the product and charged an extra amount of Rs. 127/-.
Although the problem can be solved by repairing, hence it is a manufacturing defect, I am not liable for that. I only there for fix the lock issue, not for exchange any other item. I should not charged extra. The amount may be very little, but it is about commitment. You shouldn't cheat your customer in this way.
I NEED AN ANSWER IMMEDIATELY OR ELSE I WILL HAVE TO KNOCK CONSUMER FORUM.

Butterfly collection ring

Purchased a butterfly collection set (pendant, ear rings, ring worth 97, 466/- on 9 September. Ring size was small but they promised a bigger size but they did not informed me about the consequences if I return it after 15 days. Now today on 27th September when I went to get it exchanged for a bigger size with rs 10k more of course for bigger size, they said it’s company policy and they will deduct GST, making charges which was about 10000 something. Now they demanded 20k for bigger size.
I was taken aback that how could they cheat on the customer. They did not informed me about this monetary part when I purchased it and also did not informed me when I made them a call on Saturday. This is negligence of duty and cheating on customers’ hard earned money.

I placed the order for a necklace in Prayagraj caratlane store but due to store people’s negligence the engraving went wrong and they ordered the new product but the product was of less wait this time and this thing wasn’t informed to me after asking also . So I called the caratlane directly but nothing worked even after twice thrice to caratlane and many times to store I didn’t got and refund. And now they have initiated the refund but some 10% of the amount. Which is not acceptable.
This is the fraud done by caratlane it’s really very bad they must be just looting people

Refund amount delayed
CARATLANE is big fraud company, they just making fools us.. and faced horrible experience with CARATLANE and highly unprofessional
I am follow up my refund since last 5-6 days but they giving only excuses. As per them they done transfer three days back and given Ref number but when I tried to find out my tracstion with my bank Said there is no such tranction done. Thn mailed to CARATLANE they are not giving proper response. I wrote them 10-15 mails but they are giving just regular reply. No response on chat (very casual approach) calls and mails as well .
I requested to them that my husband is hospitalised and suffering from carona I have sold everything except my house because lots of money I spent already. I need money so I sold my some gold which I have purchased from CARATLANE. They promised me for support but I have seen very casual approach.
Not recommended this brand at all.

sparke & swirl ring diamond what carat grams is wrongly billed and charged more from me

I have the bills of initial payment and final payment where there is a difference of diamond carrat grams of 0.029. On my bill the diamond wt is shown as 0.3grams and on my certificate of authenticity is shown as 0.271grams. The sales person : +91 [protected] (Marathali branch - bangalore) informed us that the ring would have 0.3grams after order is placed and it would take 15 days to arrive.
The exchange of a ring is not feasible for me as a solution as i have to travel for wedding and i wont be in bangalore. The caratlane executive called us and started giving explanation as the price is due to the ring size where we had to correct them in explaining the real fault and they clearly refused to re-pay us the amount which is forged in billing. The sales executive and the head staff member were rude to us over the call in trying to explain the issue by giving us false excuses and kept trying to provide a solution of exchange which would take another 15days. I denied of the exchange as i don't have much days time to stay in bangalore also what is the guarantee that the new ring is in good condition.
I have completely lost faith from caratlane and my only solution is to get the refund money of the missing diamond carrat or re-isue the certificate of authenticity to 0.3grams of diamond weight.

I have made one request for an ring which i liked alot but it was not available at nearby branch.. I received call from an executive mr shailendra and he told me that ring will be available in next few days at your nearby store gk1 mblock..
Few days after he called me and informed me that ring is available at gk1 store you can visit the store this was on 9th oct but i was busy and told them that i will visit for sure by 11th oct. And even they were agree with that..
On 11th i spare out my time and planed my visit at gk1 store with my family and was in a mood to buy some more jewellery from there.. Even i got call from mr shailendra about the same (Follow p of my visit).
When i reached the store with my family.. Firstly they all were blank and have no idea about the visit after 15 mints when i asked them what went wrong they told me that they are looking for it in there records and let me know..
When i again called mr shailendra he told me that he is calling the store and let me know
Mr shailendra called me back and told me that he had word with mr sailash who is the manager of cratlane gk1 store and he told that ring is in the store and we can purchase that.. Again after 10 mints i asked the store team i think mr vijay.. He told me that sir i thought you will not come so we sold that ring to someone else..
Its fine if they did that my main concern is if the ring was not in the store than why the support team called me and told me to visit store.. And when we visit store why they were behaving like they don't know anything..
I just wasted my evening for this.. And my each and every minute is so crusial for me..
I want them to relize what is the value of time of others.. If they don't care about there work and time than than they have not any right to play with other people time and make them fool..

Caratlane - website and store selling jewellery. They have a policy of return in 30 days and exchange anytime. I ordered multiple products online. All were delivered quickly. I chose to exchange 1 product. They picked it up quickly in 2 -3 days after i told them that i wanted to exchange. However, its been around 40 days and i havent received the replaces product. Everytime i contact them, they say that they will get back to me details - which they never do. I have to keep msging and contacting them and literally force them to tell me whats going on. They have taken innumerable clarifications, details etc from me stating a different issue each time. Each time they say they are dispatching immediately or even that it's already dispatched and is on its way... However, it is not here! I needed to gift ot and i needed it to be same as another product i bought from them and so i have been unable to ask for refund. I have bough more products feom them and they also reached me.in 4-5 days. I wanted to use my balance with them to pay for new purchase but they said that billing is seperate so they will refund me the difference... Unfortunately nothing has been done... Plz buy from them i[censored] dont want to get involved with exchanges etc... Or just buy feom their store... Its a pity that such a huge brand treats customers this way... And they have done nothing even when i told them that ill have to write this review here... : (

I have contacted all departments of caratlane to understand why my refunds for my cancelled orders have yet not been deposited in my bank account.
They stated they have processed refunds for my cancelled orders with reference numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] on 29 and 30 jan 2019 and should reflect in my bank account within 5-7 business days.
But till date i have not reveived the same in my bank account.
I have constantly been asked to contact payu which is their payment gateway and my bank time and again in circles.
Kindly credit the refund in my bank account expeditiously.

I had made purchases via my debit card on Caratlane. I had cancelled those
orders after a few days. They stated that they have sent the refund via their payment gateway PayU.

I bought a pair of ear rings from south ex part 1 new delhi store on 17th of april 2018 and paid through emi however the store person took more then 30 percent from me and inform the extra money will be return to me once the emi approves. The emi approved i got the ear rings but not excess money they took from me. Now i call them twice in a day, the person don't even ans the calls. It has been more then 10 days waiting for my money to come back. Extremely bad experience

Becareful with emi option in caratlane. This is not for the sake of customers. You need to struggle a lot to get your down payment amount back.
The day i got updates from kissht, struggling a lot just to get the updates about "refund of the amount i paid to place order!!!". Neither i got call from kissht / fastbanking nor they are responding to my calls. Tried to call on:[protected]/2402/2431 and[protected]...
