Caratlane — Damage diamond gold ring

Hi Team,

Good day ahead!

Please be informed that I bought the diamond ring from Caratlane which is damaged I raised the complaint for refund but they are denied for the entire amount refund.

This ring is not looking like a real gold and diamond ring it seems fake because gold colour is faded and the ring is damaged.
