I purchased multiple products from caratlane and when it come to services delivery its really pathetic design are ok but now came to know how they are involved in fraud one year warranty on product is big fraud by caratlane till date I replaced only one product evil eye pendant as its enamel got off 100% in 10 days what they did they changed it and made its value as 24 for buy back my question is can any one get any gold product in market at 24 Rs are the replacing gold products with brass real fraudsters
