Caratlane — deliver me a empty box

I had ordered a nosepin through caratlane mobile app on 23rd dec 2017. Order no was h72b2c20.. Tracking no was[protected]. But caratlane send me the product through ecom. Courier. When i opened it in front of the delivery boy it was empty. I had already paid the money for it. They are now continuingly harass me. Even the other products which i ordered through the app they were promised me to deliver the product through their kolkata showroom which is situated at accropolis mall. But again they are failed to deliver me on 1st january 2018. Then i cancelled all the products. Then caratlane back me money for 2 products only. And the other 2 remain. Please help me to get my money back 2 the other 2 products and rescue me from the forager and help me from the harassment..
