I ordered online from caratlane on 02nd Nov 2021. On 20th Nov the product was dispatched. I took continuous follow-up with customer care daily. Their courier partner did not contact for delivery. Sincce everyday it was failing I told them to cancel on 03rd Dec. It is 11th Dec today still no refund. Their website however has updated as refund on 22nd Nov. How's that even possible.??
