I bought a pair of ear rings from south ex part 1 new delhi store on 17th of april 2018 and paid through emi however the store person took more then 30 percent from me and inform the extra money will be return to me once the emi approves. The emi approved i got the ear rings but not excess money they took from me. Now i call them twice in a day, the person don't even ans the calls. It has been more then 10 days waiting for my money to come back. Extremely bad experience Was this information helpful? | 
It would be nice if you look into this matter as it only discourages customers to buy.
