Recently I purchased a valuable goods from Caratlane online shopping. The payment of Rs. 28232 paid through gpay on June 10, 2023. My order numbers are U9A6B77A. This transaction was successful in gpay and amount was debited from my account but the Caratlane declined my order and not returned my payment. It’s been 5 days since this happened so far failed payment didn’t reverse to my account. Finally I checked with bank it shows payment debited but not credited back to my account. So kindly take necessary action to retrieve my money. For your information I’m attaching the information.
