Caratlane — refund not reflecting in my bank account yet

I had made purchases via my debit card on Caratlane. I had cancelled those
orders after a few days. They stated that they have sent the refund via their payment gateway PayU.

I then received emails from email id [protected]@payu.im stating refund is being processed for all the cancelled orders on Jan 29 and 30 via
PayU reference ids [protected],
[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

Caratlane provided transaction references numbers for the same as [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

However it has been more than two weeks of business days and I still have not
received the refund in my bank account.

I bought solitaire diamond ring for 85, 000 in Sept last year. The diamond fell off including the gold setting. The ring broke in 2 parts and the diamond fell off. Now I am left with a broken band. Caratlane needs to take responsibility of their manufacturing defect and refund me. Even the artificial jewellery is better in quality than theirs.
