Caratlane — Return

I bought a product on May 25th, 2023 from caratlane.It was customized before.The store kept the item differently, it was shown to me.It is written in the terms and conditions of the bill if the customer wants to get the money back then the customer can do it. But when I inform the customer care for the return then from there it says that the product was my order so I will be refunded after deducting some money.Even after I told them again and again, they said that since I bought the ordered item, I have to pay for it. But the store did not inform me that product was someone else's order but that customer did not buy the product.They sell it to me.The customer care said that if I exchange, I will give the full value which will be in the caratlane wallet.But I want refund for my financial problem.My purchase price was 1.48 lacs and refund will give value 1.13 lacs, Which is not written anywhere in terms and conditions.If I don't get my full refund within 2 days then I will complaint in consumer forum with a copy of the bill.

Kindly tell me what I will do now!
