The product page stated that there was a 15-day money-back guarantee, with no mention of any restrictions. I received the bracelet on May 31 and immediately requested a return. I have not received any updates on the status of my return request.
I contacted customer service today to inquire about the status of my return. I was informed that I would only be eligible for a refund for the cost of the gold in the bracelet, as it is a personalized product. I am disappointed that this information was not made clear to me when I placed my order. I would not have ordered the bracelet if I had known that I would not be able to return it for a full refund.
I am requesting that you honor the 15-day money-back guarantee that was advertised on your website. I am also requesting that you waive the personalization fee, as I was not made aware of the restrictions on the return policy until after I had placed my order.
