Cheque deposited into my account was not accepted

I have my salary account with CITI Bank, At the time of opening the account , I have quoted all the three names in the account opening application form.

My employer has deposited a cheque , with name SANTOSH BATTINI.

Citi bank sending letter of outstanding dues for settlement after 5 years of F&F settlement

Dear Sir/Madam,

i was holding citi bank card no.[protected] & [protected], on which i made full and final settelment as per mutually agreed by bank and me as per due date given by bank by cash.
After 5 years again bank has sent me letter for settelment and asking me to pay Rs 29,000 on or before 13/04/10 and receiving threatning calls from Mumbai recovery agent.

ATM cash withdrawal

I tried to withdraw amount of 2000 from mainpuri central bank ATM center from my citibank debit card on 17 October 2009 .
at the last moment due to power failure cash got stuck. so couln`t find cash and receipt . after that i communicated with citibank customer care services and they told me , as per my record , your transaction is valid.

Refusal to block transaction of Credit Card

HI,

My credit card number [protected] was misused by some unknown person on 18/03/10 and 2 transactions of Rs 9999 /- each (total of Rs 19998/-) were made on the name of "OXIGEN INFOVISION".
I noticed it immediately (by SMS from Citibank) and informed the bank to block these two transactions for this particular merchant. The customer care executive refused to do so and asked me to wait for 3 days until...

Harassment & Non-settlement of Personal Loan

fraud by citibank in my credit cards

Hi my name is jyotiram shedge from mumbai i am holding citi bank credit card since june 2006 vide card no [protected] .In the month of february 2009 they have charged me Rs 38000 of transaction on a single reference number .So i had launched the complaint in citi bank they advice me to go for the new credit card.inspite of inquiring on the compalint they have reveresed the transaction but after 2 month again they have charged that transaction...

ATM Gave me wrong amount

I hold a Citibank Suvidha Account, and happened to use the State Bank of Travancore ATM located in Kumarakom-Kottayam main road on the 15th of March around 1230PM. Make 36 EMI to 58

Sir,
I have taken Personal Loan from CITI Bank in Feb-07 Rs.25000/- the installment is Rs. 1342/- with 36 EMI after that in Nov. 07 i recieve a call from bank that your payment track is good so we are sending a check of rs. 17300/- with 36 EMI.
Now till today i have paid 39 EMI to bank. Now bank is torcher me and demading another 22 EMI. I am Physically handicapped kindly solve this and help me.

Pathetic Customer Service

Hi,

I guess I have no option but to write this comment about Citibank's pathetic customer service.

I was issued free fuel coupouns based on the points I had accumulated by various transations through my Citibank card. Yesterday, upon arriving at an authorized petrol pump to utilize these coupons, I was shocked to see theat they are no more accepted.
