Faul play and Cheating to get Membership by Club Mahindra

I am also a victim of Club Mahindra. First of all their Sale office at Palm Beach Galleria, Vashi, Navi Mumbai chased me over telephone to visit their office. How can they call a person over phone without any appointment and how they should take the personal details of a person illegally and distrurb him repeatedly. However, a common person is lured of offer by Club Mahindra.

Fraud samsung gift voucher

Sub: cancellation of membership.

No Availability - Waste of Money

I find the Club Mahindra Timeshare memberships in India are all very deceptive and sheer profiteering without creating any value for members. I purchased a club Mahindra Red membership two years ago. Other than availing the initial free gift certificate, i have not been able to avail any holidays. Cancellation request not processed

Cancellation of membership within the stipulated trial period

I was called upon on 31st August 2008 for your promotional offer for the membership for clubmahinrda. Your officer told me to pay 15% on that day on the condition that if I decide to cancel it without giving any reasons, can do it within 5 days. Non Refund of Membership fees

Dear Sir,

I had subcribed for membership of Club Mahindra (Membership No. 556652 & 858688) and paid Rs. 92, 650/- and remaining was to be paid in EMI for 36 months.

As I was not happy with functiioning of the organization, I have cancelled above mentioned memberships on Aug 23, 08 and requested refund of above mentined amount. I have not used any their facility.

Membership payment not refunded

I had subscribed for membeership of Club Mahindra Holidays and resorts on Dec 31, 07.

I intially I had subscibed for 'White Sudio' membership and I had paid Rs. 32, 109/- and was to pay remaining in EMI of Rs. 2887/- for 36 months.

Never take Club Mahindra membership

Club Mahindra is making people fool. It's executive by making false statement and very efficiently snatch the money fom your credit card on the spot. Before starting the presentation they make sure that you are carring credit card.
And they push you to make the payment on the spot as they know, if person goes out from there will never come back

Pls be aware of this fraud...

Club Mahindra cheated me

I have file transaction dispute against Club Mahindra and going to take legal action. The executives dont provide you correct terms and conditions. All the sudded after 3-4 weeks you receive a big list of terms of condition and you understand then that you have been made complete fool.
The one condition is there that if you want you can cancel your membership with in 10 days of first transaction and they have to refund your money....

Despatch of terms & conditions after look-in period

I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall actual product (with the inefficient services) and with the serious discrepancies between what is stated in the documents (and what was conveyed to me) and actual acts of MHRIL (Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd.). cancellation of membership has not been refunded

I had taken membership (membership no-425103) on 28.10.2007 which due to some constraints, we requested for cancellation on 1.11.2007.However, I was misguided by the sales person who said that get your KIT then apply for cancellation and he confirmed that it would take a month for getting money refunded. I did so and put one mail to customer care on 6.11.2007 but no action was taken by them. The cancellation was finally registered on 26.11.2007....
