This is our biggest mistake that we took mahindra membership. Its been almost more then one and a half yr now and we could only go once. Since then we are struggling for booking. At the time of making members when they have to fulfill their target for promotions and salary hike they have diff. Story and after membership absolutely different. At the time of taking membership i was v. Much clear that i have small kids and i cannot plan my vacations 4 months before but then they said you don't worry we are here for your bookings you just give a call to us. Yes but if you will go for higher season holidays we will deduct few of your days and nights that we have paid under package. Whereas we are not even allowed to do bookings when bookings are opened for red and purple colour. Why they give incorrect and inappropriate information, andt now they don't even pick our calls. Then we write mails to them for my mail some samidha aeer replied explaining me rules and regulations but then when i asked her my points she didn't replied, rather she put my mails on automated reply saying our team is working round the clock and will get back to you in two working days. But its been 3-4 days now no response from mahindra end. Even when we went to munnar for our holidays mahindra bus driver was that smart that he took us to his particular shop (As he may be getting good commission for bringing memebers) rather then taking us to dam which has fixed timings to visit, next day we have to go thekkady, now who is going come all the way from bangalore to munnar for one dam. Our day was badly wasted in that shop. We really had v. Bad experiences with mahindra up till now and would not recommend anyone to waste their 4-5 lakhs, as in this amount we can get nice branded hotels whenever we want. You can only enjoy mahindra vacations when you buy red and purple season otherwise for other colours it is a big pain. Again i am saying i cannot plan my vaccation 4 months before with my kids as if i had to cancel my holidays again they are going deduct number of days and nights on cancellation of the booking.
